Hello, I had a problem with a lady in Oct. 31, 2022. The name of the lady who I had a problem with is Nikedah Josephine Little. I requested to renew a pin, which she helped me with but she did not want to help me get a new card and the etc. She kept suggesting that I should do it myself. As a paid worker an employee should be helping all those whom they assist. It was very disrespectful.

This bank is a hot mess. I have banked here for 7 years and they create more problems than they can solve. Every appointment is a problem. The banker is late or they are short staff etc. Never a easy process. Having to walk over or around the homeless is a safety concern. Spending over an hour setting up specific needs and realizing they did not set them up on the first of the month. If it was easy to change all my direct deposits I would leave this bank. They know it is a huge process so they could care less about customer service! They cancel appointments a hour and a half before the appointment!

My mother and I had made an appointment with banker SARAH CLEARLY. Our situation was a bit difficult, we had spoken to a few representatives on the phone but we were left with more questions. However Sarah was very helpful and went the extra mile to contact different departments that may be able to assist. She was very friendly and explained every step she was taking. Throughout the appointment my mother and I felt ensured we came to the right person. Definitely recommend.

On 5/5/2023 I called Wells Fargo Northridge branch and asked to speak with the Manager. Cecilia informed me "Isabella is the Manager and was with a customer and would return my call when she was done". Four hours later "Veronica" returned my call. I told her I requested to speak to Isabella and was told she was at lunch. Veronica said she didn't know about my request to speak with the Manager. To date the Isabella the Manager has not returned my call. This was the one and ONLY time in over 35 years that I have ever made this request. It was important to me..!! I'm looking into making a change into my financial institution. I am lucky it was not a financially devastating issue/question. I DO NOT RECOMMEND WELLS FARGO BANK

I must said that at least the service I requested it got done on a professional manner, now I took out 2 start for the first interaction I had with the representative, no greeting and my first impression isn’t was she did not want it to be there after letting her know about her attitude she did change I guest we. All have bad days

I wasted 40mins in this hellhole just by waiting for a banker. They don't even have a system for people waiting for a banker, you can just stand or sit anywhere and that is also the reason why one of the banker attended a person that came after me. The teller doesn't know much so they'll pass you to a banker. The banker can't do much so they'll tell you to call customer service. What a waste of time!

William Lopez "relationship banded" was really disappointing couldn’t answer any of my questions and at the end ask his supervisor for answers comes back and crossed his hands says he can’t do anything not until I catch an attitude he has the decency to actually help. Don’t waste your time going there

If you need to go to a Wells Fargo for any reason I highly recommend you avoid this branch, it's clear that they do not respect their customers at this branch I made an appointment with a business associate of mine to do some banking through one of my business accounts after we arrived we were informed that the banker who was supposed to help us had to go help at a different location and that there were no available bankers to help with what we needed even though we made an appointment, my business associate was on a time crunch and we were not comfortable to wait for one of them to be available on the chance that another appointment was canceled. It was honestly insulting that they didn't think we deserved to be informed beforehand that the banker would not be available to help us, again go elsewhere if you need to go to a Wells Fargo branch you will be treated with no respect at this location.

And this is why I dislike going inside the bank and unfortunately some genius did fraud on my card so I had no choice. I'm sure not all of the employees in this location are snobby or have a bad day or just an attitude . This elderly disabled lady in front of me was next and this female employee cuts in front of her with another customer and doesn't even excuse or explain why and I felt so bad for the elderly. The tellers we not jolly at all. You guys need new management !

If you value your time don't go to this branch. Every wells fargo branch you go to that has a line they come around asking if you want to use ATM inside to get money. We'll at this location if you have to wait for banker to check your ID because of the amount of money you are getting you most likely will not get any service or they will make you wait a long time. Every time I come to this branch it's the same thing over and over and today I just walked out . I did ask if there was any banker working the ATM and she responded that she would ask but I think she was more interested in not spilling her coffee.

This branch is horrible! Not only the staff has no clue on how to provide customer service, there is ALWAYS just one teller window open to service a loooong line.

Unfortunately the staff that runs this place is really low rent. I needed help accessing my account for literal EMERGENCY cash for gas at 5:12pm. Sign says they close at 6:00 but that’s a false statement on the door. I had no gas in my car, no wallet or access to any of my cards but luckily had my ID. He refused to help me and said vaults were all closed while all staff were still there chatting inside. He then told me to go to the Ralph’s store Wells Fargo and said that it was indeed open. Told me to leave and go there. It was not open. Lazy and I can’t wait for karma to come to you!
