I dont know why I keep coming here, oh yeah it's bc its close to my work. But this store is a JOKE! I had my script sent there on 5/27 and the pharmacist said I can pick it up on 6/9. Well 6/9 came and they only had 15 tablets bc their staff GAVE AWAY my medication to someone else! I was told by the pharamicist that they were holding my medication, and there was a miscommunication and it eas give away to someone else. So Monday 6/12 come I am driving to pick up the remainder of my medication only to be called saying I can't pick it up bc something was glitches and to come tom!! Like I have all the time to just change when I can come. I have home health patients schedul3d tom so I have to call, cancel and reschedule them. Is that fair to them bc there eas a glitch? If your staff DID NOT GIVE AWAY my medication I wouldn't be writing this and wouldn't be calling corporate and wouldn't be rescheduling my patients! What a JOKE..then then say I understand. This Statement is just a cop-out for inscrewed up!! Don't waste your time coming here for the pharmacy. I spoke to the manager before also and he just doesn't understand what people are telling him, maybe it's a language barrier problem?

pharmacist on the phone was extremely rude! i was checking on my prescription and she tells me to check on the app, i don't have the app or an account in general, and hangs up on me.

The pharmacy gentleman was friendly and knew where in the store I could find my item.My cashier was nice and very well groomed.I thought the store was clean and well stocked.01/25/2023

I came here to look for a manual blood pressure monitor. I was glad they do have it. It is in a locked glass display and so I have to call an assistant. And he came right away. That was cool!! The place is well organized and fully stocked. They do have a lot of sales. Plenty of snacks to choose from. Sales associates are responsive and knowledgeable.

Poor service. Apparently you have to use a computer to input your info and then stand in line again so that the cashier can assist you with your Western Union transaction. ?

I just had my 2nd booster shot from this facility. Marina the pharmacist had an undivided attention and I got the shot immediately from my appointment. What a perfect experience! The great patient care she did is one of the reason why I love this pharmacy from previous ones. Thznk you Marina and the staff.

I stopped by this Walgreens to do my FedEx drop off at their photo area. Finding parking here was easy because they are in a big plaza. I was able to walk in and go straight to the photo department. There was no one there but they have an assist button for you to press to get help. I personally think that adding the button was the greatest addition to the store. Within like a minute an employee came and scan the barcode on the box. They then ask for my cell number so they can send you the text with the confirmation. I wore my mask inside the store and it looked like everyone wore theirs as well.

I came in her just for a quick drink pickup. I wasn't in the location for that long, but it was long enough to see that they had gotten a bit relaxed on the social distancing. Especially in checkout. Maybe I didn't see them, but I didn't see any markers & when people in front of me had mask just barely covering their mouths, with noses exposed, & no employees asking them to fix it, I will admit I got nervous. I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I would've hoped that a pharmacy of all places would continue to take things like that more seriously, but I guess not. But also, maybe I just came in on an 'off time' and that isn't the norm. But also, because of this, I don't see myself coming back here any time soon to see if it's different.

Called to see if they had something specific in stock and the woman on the phone just kept telling me to come in and look for myself???? I've worked multiple retail jobs if I ever told a customer to come check inventory themselves I would have been fired LOL

Raquel from the pharmacy was really rude about the mask. Like you don't have to be a j*** when you enforce the mask regulation. Simple as that. Please talk to her about customer service . Thank you

The staff here were unhelpful, uncaring, and made a long work day worse by refusing to take several FedEx packages. Thomas said the assistant manager of this store has given directions to the staff to refuse FedEx shipments, so I encourage everyone to avoid this store and to consider the CVS across the street next to Starbucks.

I have to hand it to this Walgreens Pharmacy. I requested a last minute transfer of my medications to be picked up at the Northridge location instead of my usual spot due to a change of where I'd be working, and everything was handled for me within half an hour. I spoke to the pharmacist on the phone who very politely explained everything and I was able to get my medication through the drive-through on my way back home. This Walgreens is in a relatively cleaner plaza in a quaint area in Northridge surrounded by other shops and restaurants. PARKING Plenty available in the plaza
