This pharmacy called me to say i have a medicine that needs to be picked up . I told her i'll be there to pick it up and asked me "what time?" . This is a very simple question but with the way she asked with attitude made me feel ordered that i have to come and get it now.. I called this pharmacy over and over but would put me on hold right away ... Never got to speak to anyone.

I came here to pick up my prescription. The pharmacist is nice. Gives clear and concise instructions. The store is organized and some aisles is empty. Plenty of snacks, alcohol and the likes to choose from. Sales associates are courteous. They do have an Amazon locker. Cool!!

If I could give a 1 star I would. I went to the rite aid for a 1030 am covid 19 test. I pushed the button in the drive through. Noone acknowledged me till 20 minutes later. Then after giving my information they made me wait another 10 minutes. And he didn't stay there to watch me do the covid 19 test. I could have done it incorrectly. They were not friendly and acted in a rush as if my being there was irritating their being able to fill prescriptions at their counter. I see why they are a 2 star. You guys suck!

Bad service! Cashier claimed that the system never works and as a result they can never send/receive money at this location. Don't go there. Such a waste of time.

I had a horrible experience at this Rite Aid on a regular Thursday evening. The employee Delaware was extremely rude, unprofessional, and creepy. There are some items near the front that were 75% off and marked down.During checkout, I noticed one of the items was charged as more than what I thought it was. I told the cashier (Delaware) "If it is not $0.99 , I do NOT want it." He proceeds to tell me "It's too late" with an attitude and a smirk. I politely told him it actually was not too late and I would like the item removed if it is not on sale. He repeated himself about 3 times saying "it's too late" before he started to sing the "it's too late" lyrics from Apologize by Timberland. I honestly did not know how to react. This employee was not taking his job seriously or me as a customer. I told him that he made me feel very uncomfortable and he was being unprofessional. To my luck, he needed manager approval for the other reduced items I bought and I was able to speak to the manager and tell him what happened. There were at least 3 people in line behind me who witnessed the entire interaction. I told the manager that it was extremely inappropriate the way Delaware acted with me. I am a young woman and was with my teenage sister, I believe he was trying to flirt, which is comepletrly unacceptable and unprofessional to do at work. The manager insisted he would speak to Delaware. I asked the manager what I could do and he said to come in the morning to speak to the general manager and call the number on the receipt. The manager then proceeded to tell me "I'm going to talk to him for sure" sort of discouraging me from following up with higher ups.I will definitely be following up with higher ups. This location is close to a college campus and no young woman or person should feel uncomfortable or get harassed by employees for just buying things at Rite Aid.

I stopped by this RiteAid to pick up my Amazon order because they have the locker named Cinnamon. The process was very easy, you basically scanned the code or manually input it then select which locker to open first if you have multiple packages. The locker is located toward the back of Aisle 8. When I walked into the store, there was a lady working there and I asked her where the locker was. When I walked out after getting my package another employee told me to have a great day. The store was nicely lit, organized and clean. They also gave a spacious parking lot as well, this was my first time here and I didn't have any issues.

Your typical Rite Aid branch with decent service. Shelves are organized but not well-stocked. The layout can be a little confusing and I hope they reorganize it and make it more easy to navigate. Employees are patient, friendly, and helpful. Floors are mopped clean and are free from debris. Very easy place to go to when picking up your prescription medications. Parking space is always available with dedicated parking for people with disabilities. P.S. Love how there's a taco stand just outside the store :)

Worst Location Ever! The only good is the Ice cream was okay I didn't like how I was received in customer service I went with my family to get I cream and two other people were too. And I was waiting almost 10 minutes for the only guy who was attending the cashier now that customers were not there anymore I asked if we can get ice cream so we waited another 5 minutes and there were no customers at time either. So this male who happens to be Indian tall dark skin and had dark curly hair he looked around his mid 20s very young guy. He was way too slow I understand he was the only employee there and it's COVID 19 and not much people are working. Still there's no excuse as poor service plus the guy look like he wanted to shoot himself and was giving me a attitude like just get your'e ice cream leave already. Honestly DAMN it didn't feel like I was ordering Ice cream but the guy look like he was hosting a funeral. To honest young people have it lucky today and have more advantage and should grateful that there a lot jobs out there compared to before COVID so if this guy doesn't like his job he can go home or don't work at all and give the position to someone who is enthusiastic and grateful that at least they have bread on table. Yeah no Im not back to this location thankfully there are other ones.

Lazy workers, asked cashier if I could buy a scoop of ice cream. Cashier: "i'm not serving ice cream right now. I don't have enough help" Me: "ok that's fine no worries" I was the only customer in line...what a joke. The African-american male that was working at 5pm on this day is the employee I was referring to. Hire better people.

First impression: 4 stars Parking: 5 stars Ambience/Vibe: 4 stars Food: n/a Customer Service: 5 stars Price: n/a Last Impression: 5 stars Came in to do a walk-in covid vax around 4:30pm today, Labor Day. Super friendly Pharm tech? And pharmacist? They ran out of the Pfizer vax and directed me to a nearby Rite-Aid ...explained about vax misinformation, and encourage me to take it. Great team, I will definitely go to this Rite-aid for my future needs, whether it be vitamin supplements or prescriptions, or anything else they offer. Thanks guys for making it easy for me. I've always drop Into Walgreens or CVS ..but after today Rite Aid will be my first choice. highly recommend their pharmacy section.
