I would absolutely 💯 not recommend this store! The employees are very clearly miserable while working. Had asked an employee to get a dress down and she proceeded to scoff and sigh while getting it down for us. Had to also get our own dressing room with three employees in the store that are supposed to help their guests/customers. Once we got a dress we went to check out. One employee asked about the weather and another employee who “helped” us prior made a comment and said “ya…you guys have been here a while” with some attitude.
Very unprofessional and rude!

Store members are very helpful. Answered questions I had regarding the items since I was shopping for my daughter. Would definitely come back to the store.

I had a disappointing experience at this store and will not be returning after my encounter with the girls at the register. They were irritated when assisting me with my return. They seemed bothered to help a customer, which came across as unprofessional. After reading other reviews, it seems like this issue with the staff is a frequent problem that is driving more customers away.

The mall closes at 8pm today. This store had their doors closed at 6:45pm. The girls at the register were super rude. They stood there and did not come over when there were customers outside wondering why they were closed early. Finally a girl came over and she didn’t open the door. She preceded to try and talk through the glass door. A coworker came over and yelled that they are closing early because they do not have a manager present which was obviously a lie. They were super rude and closing before business hours is bad practice. Their demeanor was very rude. I will never go back to this store. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. I don’t even give this place one star. Google makes you do it. They get negative stars.

Most unprofessional staff, they will scan your gift cards and claim they are empty to box the funds! If you are looking for gifts or of any sort I highly recommend else where because staff including management are completely rude and will give you a bad experience.

Esmeralda and Daisy were awesome! I went in last week looking to find a dress for a wedding. I found a few that I liked but wanted to get input after trying them on. Both Esmeralda and Daisy were very nice, helpful and friendly. Esmeralda even went out of her way to locate one of the dresses I liked in a different size at another location and had it placed on hold for me. Now that I found the perfect dress I will be going back again to find some accessories to match and hopefully these two ladies will be there to help me. This is what makes a customer want to go back. Great customer service! Thank you, Esmeralda and Daisy!

Lots of people have been waiting outside and this just encourage me to give them a review. They don't open at their time, so expect to wait. I even had to wait at the dressing room cause no one was there but chatting at the front...

If you buy at the store it's final sale if you order online you can return to the store.

Horrendous customer service. No employee was present at the fitting rooms, and the unoccupied rooms were completely open so my sister went on in to try on dresses. Mind you, there was no sign either instructing that we had to check in at the front if we wanted to try anything on. Next thing you know, one of the employees, a heavy Hispanic woman with her hair dyed blonde knocks on the door asking how many items she had in there. Upon my sister's response, she rudely snaps "next time you need to tell someone at the front if you need a fitting room." My blood was already boiling and the cherry on top? She stared us down as we left the store with the ugliest glare. I have never had an experience like that before. This level of rudeness and judgment is absolutely unacceptable in any customer service interaction. Disgusting.

This store is awesome everyone is so helpful. You can find everything u need. Victoria and Esmeralda are so sweet they helped me find birthday outfits. Briana helps find matching jewlery.This store is amazing.
