Eduardo was fantastic. Took care of us promptly, answered the many questions my daughter asked, was personable and delightful. He made sure to tell us about current promotions also which saved us a good chunk of moola!

I've been coming here for at least 5-6 years and today had an incredibly frustrating experience with ZAGG and their manager, Richard. First, Richard put on the wrong screen protector for my iPhone, which resulted in it cracking shortly after. Instead of taking responsibility, he had the audacity to claim that I brought in the wrong screen protector. Not only did he refuse to acknowledge his mistake, but he also charged me an outrageous $70 to replace it, when it should have been a $10 fee.What infuriated me even more was Richard's complete lack of customer service skills. He showed no intention of providing a refund or even attempting to rectify the situation. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. I would strongly advise against doing business with ZAGG, especially if Richard is involved.

I came here to get my screen protector. The gentleman did it three times and I had to wait and even after that three days later it was peeling off. I went back within seven days since that’s the period and got it replaced which was no problem. Again within a day it peeled off, and when I brought it back, it was not within the first seven days I purchased it obviously because every two days it keeps breaking and they were trying to charge me to install it again. Save your money and go elsewhere. They will sell you low quality screen protectors that they know will break after seven days it’s not worth your money . Yessi was very unhelpful. The staff is not very good at installing the screen protectors.

I've been here at least 6 times in the last 2 years. I'm a little clumsy hence all the phone protection. But it's the absolute best installation and selection for screen protectors you're gonna get in LA County. Especially for iPhone. Don't even bother with Best Buy or Verzion retail stores. It's not worth the inaccuracy and or the lack of ease of finding your warranties.

Zach is very friendly and provides excellent customer service! So I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and although I have insurance with T-mobile for my screen protector they no longer had my privacy screen in stock. So I had to go to ZAGG, and they replaced it for $10 under warranty. T-mobile gave me wrong information and said it was free. But Zach is great , he replaced my screen in like 2 min. Definitely check this place out.

Zach was super friendly and helpful. We got 3 new screen protectors, one with the glass elite 360 privacy and two with the blue filter protection - the prices are reasonable and a great deal when you need a replacement. Zach was super fast and putting all 3 screen protectors on our iPhones and the process was super easy. Definitely coming back when we need replacements. Highly recommend ZAGG!

I got my first screen privacy screen with ZAGG inside the Northridge Fashion Center several years ago back on my iPhone8 Plus and now replacing my iPhone 12 privacy screen was still a breeze and with their guarantee of $10 for the replacement. I highly recommend their company.
