Very Rude and Racist, I came by myself and the guy at the register gave me the dirtiest look and then made multiple mistakes during the transaction and then continued to treat me as if I was stupid. Then I came with a friend of the same ethnic background and he was the nicest fellow on Earth.....

I would give 0 stars to this place. Man working at 7 pm was totally rude. I was going to buy Mega Million and Powerball games. I picked my numbers for both, 3 games on the Mega and 2 on the PowerBall, then I give my sheets to this guy and he charges me $40 dls for this....I was really surprised. I always buy these games at the donuts place and its 10 dls...! I regretted paying 40 dls. for the games and he literally said "DON'T COME NO MORE" ...! EXCUSE ME! I do check how much I'm paying for what I buy, he has 0 respect for customers! I don't worry cause I'll never go back to this TEDIOUS PLACE....

Around 130 I went to 7-Eleven around the corner from my house. I seen a truck there already trying to see if anybody was there to take customers It looked empty as day and another man said he hasn't came to the front yet I've been waiting for 20 minutes On top of it There was another customer who just pulled up standing outside as well. The employee at night particularly tonight is the same employee that I think hates his job entirely his way of speaking to customers is disgusting I HATE going when he's there he's rude and incompetent when I started to videotape to show proof when I return in the morning that nobody was there to open the store or ring anybody up when it states that it's 24 hours he's literally in the back, watching waiting to see if anyone leaves I've dealt with him multiple times majority of the time I send someone else for me if he's there and when he obviously seen on the cameras that I was videotaping he ran to the door and finally opened up and said " WHAT WHAT WHAT YOU DOING " ME LOOKING PUZZLED AND IRRITATED because he's always like that rude as hell Like excuse me, are you open or not? Then he tried to proceed to say that he was cleaning so he wasn't going to open the store for about 15 minutes but in reality it was already like 145. It's already been 15 minutes without him even showing face notifying anyone at the door it's the same rude man with the dirty long hair . He's getting paid to work ? Am I not mistaken And every customer that turned away because he was hiding was a lost profit to your company which was about 3 / 4 patrons while he got to relax doing nothing im sure because the store still looked dirty & the floor looked dry as hell. Can we get a different night guy please

Te card reader never works at the pumps and the staff inside the store ara very aggressive when I try to pay they made me go to the pump to pay and didn’t work again, came back inside the store and they were really disrespectful

Came to redeem some coupons for a free big bite and the Clerk with long dark hair was extremely rude and didn't allow me to use my coupon or my rewards like it's coming out of his pay or something.Gave the coupons to a homeless to redeem another time. Never coming here again

The employee that works at the location on imperial Highway in the city of Norwalk was extremely rude. There was an elderly woman in front of me and he was rushing her to put her phone number in his attitude and demeanor are horrible. I don’t know how is 7-Eleven could employee anybody like this? He is a bald man who has a dirty fingernails. His equipment was so filthy. I’m going to call the department of health in there so that way they could go ahead and do an inspection if they can’t even maintainer keypad. They can’t maintain their food products on where the preparing the, food or coffee. I will be calling corporate in regards to this man’s behavior. It was absurd. He has no etiquette, and then to top it off. His coworker said she wouldn’t give me the store number because he is her friend. It doesn’t matter if a person is your friend, if they don’t have etiquette, they shouldn’t be working with the public get a different job if you’re unhappy

My local convenient store. Aways stocked, clean and friendly staff. I'm always here as it is arpund the corner from the house. I come by for ice, energy drink/coffee, snacks or something sweet! Can't help the homeless all along Magnolia ave. They keep to themselves for the most part.

Terrible service, buying a buffalo chicken roller, and the female decided to burp and cough with covering the mouth, the male is rude, raising his voice and making it hard to understand what he wants, and sometimes the food they have where the sandwich is at, they have some expired 2 or 3 month ago, i highly recommend avoiding this particular 7-Eleven
