“I moved into Norwalk Metropointe earlier this month and so far my experience has been great! Eder was very helpful and supportive through the entire process. Looking/reading through the negative reviews, I was nervous, but Eder was very transparent and informed me that the complex is under new management and I can already tell that my experience here will be better than those who lived here under the old management! There are things that the new management still have to work on, but so far so good! The buildings are clean and upkept. The pool, gym facility, club house, and laundry rooms are always clean and tidy. I haven't met any neighbors yet (officially), but everyone seems to be nice. Unlike the other comments, I haven't seen any trash, bugs, or random homeless people, or anything like that.”
