“10.23 UPDATE - I was wrong about this place. My washer broke down after 3 days of purchase, it started leaking water. I called the # on the invoice since they told me my purchase had a 90 day warranty. Long story short and after numerous phone calls, 1 visit to where they took the part that supposedly was damaged and 10 days of waiting for them to repair the washer, they didn't. They left the washer with a missing part and promises of they coming back to fix it and never happened. THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! Not only did they take my money but took advantage of single mom. DONT BUY FROM THIS PLACE. This place has a wide selection at super cheap prices and the best customer service. I bought a washer and dryer and were delivered the same day!”

“I just recently purchased the IQ Air Pro Plus and I’ve used it for a day, the results have been great so far. The smell and breathing have improved dramatically inside my home. I’ve tested the air with a PM meter and the air came out to being virtually clean at 99% with the pm meter also showing little to none particulates in the air. I had done a test that produced a strong Oder in the home and the iq air did a great job removing the oder within a reasonable amount of time. I’m definitely staying with this company for years to come especially with me having asthma. I would highly recommend this product to anyone with breathing issues and or air quality concerns.”

And I'm gonna feel bad for not remembering this study's name with the lady that's always in checkstand 2. Amazing They're all amazing. “We visited Lowe’s this morning to pick up some supplies for our business. As soon as we walked in, we were warmly greeted with a “Hello, welcome to Lowe’s,” which set a positive tone for our visit. While searching for some tools, we had trouble locating what we needed. Thankfully, Phillip, who was working in the lighting area, came to our rescue. He was incredibly patient and attentive, despite my difficulties in explaining what we were looking for. Phillip offered several options, and thanks to his help, we found the exact tool we needed. We ended up purchasing a few other items as well. Overall, it was an awesome experience!”

“I must say I am very pleased with the customer service in this store. I arrived to purchase a chest freezer and had a product description in hand of a freezer that was in stock, but not quite the size I needed.
The gentleman that helped me in the appliance section actually found me the perfect size chest freezer and the bonus was that it was actually much cheaper than the original freezer I had been looking at.
I am highly satisfied with my purchase as well as my experience within the store. I only wish I had caught the gentleman's name, so I could give him the credit he deserves.”
