Unfortunately since the Covid Poop started. I had the bad luck with people hitting my car while parked. So this is my 3rd visit in 2 years and they have totally done grade A work. Juan is a specialist, honest no BS type. No extras BS and was on the dot on when I would get my vehicle.

I recently brought my vehicle to Caliber Collision for some body repair work, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. From the moment I dropped off my car, the staff was professional, friendly, and kept me updated throughout the entire process.
The repair work was excellent — they matched the paint perfectly and made sure every detail looked as good as new. I really appreciated how they went the extra mile by thoroughly cleaning my car inside and out before returning it to me. It looked spotless when I picked it up, which was a nice surprise.
Overall, Caliber Collision made a stressful situation much easier. Great communication, quality work, and amazing customer service. I highly recommend them if you ever need body repairs!

I love this place. Not only the shop but also the staff. They did a great job when it comes to the repair of my vehicle. The fact that they informed me of everything is awesome. Not every shop would do that in my opinion. Totally recommend this shop to everyone.

I had unfortunate event when someone stole my catalytic converter. My insurance company recommended this shop and my car was towed there. The shop staff was very understanding and quick with paperwork and communication. The part was obtained and work was completed next day. I got my car back before the upcoming holiday! Very satisfied with entire process.

When my catalytic converter got stolen 2 weeks ago, these guys got the replacement part in and installed in a week! And they cleaned my car!! 😩🫶🏼 thank you all! you made paying our deductible for something that was not our fault feel a little less painful.

I am very pleased how my 2007 Acura TL bumper was repaired. The color match is perfect and makes the car look brand new! They handled all the communication & billing with the insurance company making it very easy. I received texts regularly with the status and expected completion date. Finishes on-time as promised and even stayed until I arrived late (I called stuck on the Freeway on a Friday night) which was very kind & considerate especially on a Friday night! Definitely recommend Caliber Collision Downey for your repair (check out other reviews for similar comments, I did before I chose them).

Do not come here. I had stolen items from my SUV when the employees left it unlocked over the weekend. They destroyed part of my console and did not fix it. The parts they supposedly fixed was a headlight and bumper. New Headlight would take in water and bumper wasn't installed correctly. Owner will say and do anything to not pay for damages.

This review must have been posted months ago, but I had help from Gus and Kenia. This wasn't the original service center through my insurance so I was a little lost of how to proceed, but they carefully explained the steps to take, and the service from the vehicle was solid. Definitely recommend if you like a easy process.

The only complaint I have for our 2023 Toyota Corolla 2023 was the interior frame didn’t match the color. I might return the car to match the interior color.

My hat goes off to this team! They are extremely wonderful.. they were so helpful throughout the process, very professional. I had lots of questions and they were really helpful in answering always followed up throughout the process and keeping me updated gave me peace of mind. Not to mention they were located so close to home. And I am so Thankful for their customer service and job well done! I can keep going on about bragging about caliber I was so pleased. Also , they assisted me with a ride the days I dropped off and picked up my vehicle.. Also, pleased to know my insurance and Caliber worked together through this process And made it easier for me so I didn’t have to go back-and-forth between my insurance agent and the repair shop. Caliber collision thank you once again for the job. Well done on my vehicle and for your help. Throughout the difficult time that I didn’t have my car, you guys brought ease to this process.

Excellent service! My car looks like new and the customer service was great because they took care of my rental by calling the agency so they could come and pick me up after I was done with them. Also, they offer you snacks and coffee which I thought was nice. This will be my second time getting their services and I will do it again.
