A year ago, my wife and I purchased our wedding rings set with them we were so happy with the customer service experience. However, on our last payment it did not get posted on our last day we had to pay it off and was sent to collections were our credit was affected for this not been taken care of, seriously this was frustrating as we never had an issue with payments. We were thinking of getting more jewelry from them, but with what happened, we will not do it again or recommend them...

I went in to buy earrings for my granddaughters, but the Hispanic woman didn't want to be bothered with a sale. So, I took my money elsewhere. She just sat there and didn't even get up. Terrible customer service.

I been a customer of this location for almost 7 years now have spent thousands of dollars here but one one occasion I went to browse for a gift for my mother was browsing and did not like there selection and the worker who's name was Cindy got mad for not buying saying I made her it out for nothing and I said I'm browsing have you not ever browsed and she said yea when she's window shopping I coulda escalated the situation but instead wrote this review Cindy could never afford any of the jewelry I own and this location lost my business go to stonewood mall daniels jewelry they'll treat you decent

I went into Daniel's and Norwalk to re-open my account. I explain to the young lady I wanted a 14 carat ring and a 14 karat bracelet. She showed me several items and I picked out a ring and a bracelet. I understand it was my fault for not checking the inside of the ring And I trusted her. My friend and I went to another jeweler to have the ring sized and was told the ring was 10 karat and he showed the jeweler the imperfection in the ring, thinking it was size before, but the jeweler said no, it's just an imperfection in the manufacturing of the ring. The ring was for my friend and he decided to keep it along with the bracelet. I've been waiting for a bill or information on how to pay the bill because the young lady stated I will not be paying the bill at Daniels, she also stated if I paid within 90 days there will be no further charges. Someone from a different company has been calling me and want me to verify my personal information over the phone and I refused and they keep hanging up. They stated they were the finance company for Daniels so I said if you are the finance company you have that information already. I also asked if they would say what they had and I could verify, but I would not give them the information and they hung up on me three times! I don't know where to pay this bill. I asked for a supervisor and she said no I cannot speak to nobody until I give her my information Exclamation exclamation I refuse to give information over the phone so I don't know what to do. I think they're just stalling after the 90 days so I can pay the double amount! But that will not happen! After I get this bill paid I will no longer be doing business with Daniel's jewelers.

I went to this store to get my first time buy experience ... unfortunately there's a young Lady named destiny that I spoke too , I clearly told her word per word that I wanted to build my credit up and she told me that I can lease with progressive to build my credit up and it turns out progressive informed me that they don't built credit on their behalf, so basically I was in a plan not building my credit up and I asked her clearly if this would build my credit score and she said yes. Unfortunately she lied to me and this was basically a waste of my time. If you're trying to build credit here don't go here unfortunately Destiny didn't help me and she lied to me .

I can't believe I'm forced to give this poor establishment a Star. My poor grandma made a purchase a few days ago where the store manager upsold her and added a $500 insurance that my grandma never approved. When I called to speak to the manager who spoke in the worst broken English, I asked for her name and she spelled it as Soheir Awadala or something like that. She explained that returns are not allowed in spite of the online policy that returns are allowed withing 30 days. She had no shame in lying to me over the phone and when I threaten to report her to the City of Norwalk, she yelled profanities at me and hung up. Does anyone believe this Jewelery is even real?

If I could give it negative stars I will. I paid off my account and will never buy anything from this store. I opened my account in Corona. I was visiting a friend and decided I needed a nice watch. I purchased a movado watch in november and I paid it off. So I was looking for an expensive bracelet or a rolex i walked into the store and immediately got dirty looks and bad Looks from this Indian lady. i hope that she isn't the manager. She is totally unprofessional. She requested a print out off of my balance and told me that I couldn't take it. That's it was company policy to shred my info. She didn't have any rolex watches. And I didn't like the bracelet selection. She seemed irritated at the fact that I didn't like her jewelry. If I'm spending 5-10k on something. I'm going to have to really like it. She was terrible. I won't close my account. But I will never buy from them ever again. I will look for other jewelry stores to spend my money at

I feel very discriminated against coming here because the lady Vanessa was not trying to sell me anything because she thought I was broke and I'm young. But honestly I could've paid for everything right then and there but I wanted to keep building my credit but she was not trying to let me don't ever go to the Daniel's jewelers in Norwalk and she's the store manager ! Wow very bad service!!! I had originally opened my account at the one in Carson and trust me those lady there are sooooo nice and I would suggest to just go to Carson to get any type of jewelry DONT come to this Norwalk location! DISCRIMINATION TO THE MAX !

My boyfriend bought me a Disney bracelet from there three weeks ago, not even a week later the chain broke so my boyfriend returned it and they told him they would order a new one and it would be ready to pick up the following Friday. Went in on Friday and the bracelet still hadn't arrived. Waited a week later to the following Friday and the bracelet is still not there! The customer service is rediculous. Totally unprofessional, the girls giggle the whole time. Will not be buying anything else from Daniels.
