If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m not one of the people that write a review especially a bad one, but this was needed! I scheduled my appointment for 11:45 AM and confirmed their availability beforehand. I arrived a minute early, only to experience unprofessional service. The technician, Mary, kept disappearing without explanation, leaving me confused. When she finally returned to remove my gel, I noticed she had been working on another client. Her excuse? That my nails were long—despite already charging me extra for them. This was completely unacceptable and highly disappointing.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE.they are not clean they do not sanitize.I went there on July 25th for a wedding I was going too and it was very last minute because I just moved into the area.She painted my toes good she removed an ingrown, everything was going good.Two days later I noticed my toe looking red it hurted and I thought some how it was another ingrown. Turns out it wasn’t after going to the ER on aug 1st it was infected skin I did what ever had to be done there but after words I was furious with angerAt this nail salon I wouldn’t want this happening to anyone else because it sucks, it hurts, it’s ugly, it’s horrible!I couldn’t were sneakers at all from the pain and swollen that happened with my toe because that is usually what I were, I had to where sandals for a few weeks.My toe looked so ugly and gross and I had no choice but for it to be exposed because I didn’t want to put pressure on it from the pain.Please don’t go here they don’t sanitize there tools aren’t clean obviously and if I was you I wouldn’t chance it because it’s not worth it I had to learn the hard way.

My experience with this place was very bad and I would not recommend going here.
First, there were baby cockroaches crawling in the nail stand next to where my sister was getting her manicure. It is just very unsanitary. They also taped the ceiling as it was damaged and ripped.
Second, I had asked for ombré nails and I had shown them a picture of how I wanted my nails to look like. It ended up not looking at all like ombré nails and the person even made me bleed during the process and there is a cut near my nail. She then went to explain that it is ombré nails. The glue on the nails itself is weak and probably won’t last more than a day.
Overall, this is just not an great place to go to get your nails done.

I recently just moved to Norwalk and wanted to give this place a chance as I saw the reviews. My first time at this nail salon yesterday and I was very unsatisfied with what I got. I asked for almond French tip and the acrylic is already smearing. After finishing up I told the owner that this is not what I wanted and I would not pay $60. Not only did she rush but she didn’t do what I asked her. the French is way too thick and the shape is ridiculous. As a fresh new set It looks as if I’ve had this set for a month. I told the owner and he stated she could fix it but I was very sad and frustrated I didn’t want her to leave it worse. She laughed at me because I’m complained. THEY ONLY GAVE ME A 5 dollar discount. I told them I would pay 45 the least and they did not care and made me pay 55 dollars. I don’t recommend this place for acrylics, I will have to go to my old nail lady back in OC and have her fix this and pay more!!!!

The staff at elegant nails always do a great job! Whenever I visit home, I can never leave without a mani pedi. It's a small salon with staff who take their time.

The service was hit or miss but Evan was a very kind and thoughtful person. Unfortunately they up charged me 15$ for dip gel nails when all I wanted was regular acrylic nails.... very disappointed because I called the man/owner and he said 35$ then when I actually paid it was 50$ I shouldn't have paid but luckily Evan had good enough service I let it slide. Never coming back.
