Brought 2 brand new in the box dewalt batteries tha retail 175$ and of course I wasn’t expecting that I asked for 100$ lowest 80$ and they guy at the register proceeds to pull up a website that sells knockoff batteries that look just like the name brand.. I was offered 40$ because he compared my product to knockoffs. So I left and when I did a little bit of researching myself I found the same website with the same price he was comparing my product too so I called and brought it to there attention and i was told that “ I came in there 3 times and blah blah” almost as if they were treating me like a tweaker. . These guys are cheap and don’t work with you. Let alone deceiving. 0/10

FRAUD/SCAMMERS. We are sellers on eBay based out of TX selling computers and parts. This pawnshop purchased a brand new $980 HP computer from us and turned around and fraudulently returned an older gen used HP computer with a broken power button and none of the original packaging.
I gave them a call and asked for "Gary", the name on the order and the guy answers "Who's asking?" as if that's any way to answer the phone at your business. Claimed he did not know anything about the fraudulent return, asked him to pass on the message, never heard back.
The reason we know it is them is because it's the same address and phone number on the order. And the ebay account they purchased from us is the same one they use to sell all their items in their pawnshop. AVOID this place if you know what's good for you. If they can scam you, they WILL scam you.

I was able to find batteries for my rigid tools, and Milwaukee... I've got some lithium ion power tools from 2010 and it's been difficult to find the parts online. Awesome customer service and organized show room. Five stars thank you
