Customer service was fantastic! Super helpful, polite employees. They are very good about helping you get everything packed up.
4 star rating because prices in store are much higher than online quotes. If you package yourself at home & weigh everything out your transaction will cost significantly less than having it done in store.

Terrible experience at this FedEx. I brought in a fragile glass item to have it shipped, and the African-American lady assisting me promised to wrap it securely with bubble wrap. Well, it never made it to its destination. Instead, I received a notice from FedEx stating that it had been shattered and disposed of.
The pictures FedEx provided, it was clear that no bubble wrap or protective packing material had been used. The item was simply thrown into the box with a shipping label attached. I was charged $118 for this service, and now I have to file a claim for the loss.
Overall, my experience with this FedEx location was incredibly disappointing. They displayed a complete lack of common sense and care for fragile items. I strongly advise anyone shipping valuable or delicate goods to steer clear of this location.

Terrible service. Express cut off is at 4pm, not 3:59pm, not 3:58pm. Exactly 4pm. I arrive 3 minutes before and waiting in line to ask where do I drop off my envelope. A worker advises me I didn’t make it in time when it’s still 4pm. Trucks already loaded then why have a cut off time. I arrived before 4pm.

Every time I go in to this facility I'm given VIP treatment!!!! They always go the extra mile to make sure you are well taken care of.

This FedEx center is a place that blatantly ignores customers. I stood with my package for 5 minutes at front desk, and the female employee (possibly the manager) just looked at me without offering any assistance. I've never encountered such employees before. This is a strange store that completely disregards its customers.

i visited the Fedex in Norwalk this afternoon to do a simple print job.Jacob was the first to assit me. he answered all my questions and was professional and friendly. he helped me set up the print job by giving me the appropriate information and i was able to get the job done.he was busy with another customer by the time everything was set up but he was able to offer some assistance to Elaine as she took care of the rest of my transaction.she was also professional and friendly. Elaine was able to complete my print job to my satisfaction and i left completely satisfied. i will come back here anytime i need any sort of printing to be done.

Not a ship center, i could not even find the location… i called several times and finally they answer in another language, luckily they also spoke English(why answer a business in another language im bilingual too but i don’t assume everyone is. its a separate store/restaurant? and they take drop offs if they r ready per the person who answer the phone, they only take packages ready to ship.

The manager Caesar is rude and has horrible customer service skills. Their machine to print plans wasn’t starting up and I asked him about it and he brushed it off saying it takes long. Made me wait like 30 min until he finally went and looked at it and restarted it.
