Very unhappy with Lowe's bought a refrigerator 2 weeks ago they delivered last Saturday I paid for installation and haul away they didn't install nor haul away they just left the refrigerator in the middle of my kitchen I complained to them and they rescheduled for today the driver called and said he didn't have a water line and couldn't install it. I've been calling their customer service and keep getting hung up on.

A word of advice to the sour, curly haired customer service associate in returns: Your job is to help people when they have a concern not to snatch their phone out of their hand and mutter under your breath, as if I'm ruining the best part of your day. Get A Grip. You work in customer service, pal. I've been shopping at this location for years and let me tell you, it could use one heck of an overhaul from a customer experience standpoint. Do better

Jason and Maria saw me leaving the store to check out and asked me if I found everything. I admitted that I did not. Maria asked Jason to take me back to plumbing where Jason used his skills to locate my parts needed. He explained the choices and ensured they were compatible. Jason and Maria exemplifies customer service in a time where people will "Ghost" you to avoid helping and interacting. I'm a Plant Operations Director and teach the same to my engineers. Thank you!

The last 2 out of 3 times I've been to Lowe's, the cashier didn't know how to apply a gift voucher for payment. Please train employees to do their job before you put them on the job. On another note, I was looking for the most basic window replacement lock. They only had 2. Home Depot here i come.

Craig in the garden section is knowledgeable about every plant. He can make suggestions for type of plants in shade or sun. He is friendly and very helpful. I live near the Pico Rivera Lowes but make the commute for his plant expertise. This Lowes always has plants at reduced prices that others Lowe's stores do not.

Went to Lowe's today to purchase a washer and dryer and was greeted by Andy the worker in that department.he was very thorough and knowledgeable about the appliances and helped me and my wife out with the purchase.this was the second time we've had the pleasure to purchase an appliance from this great employee.he made our visit very pleasurable and we definitely would have no problem recommending to friends and family to come in a buy an appliance.thank you Andy for your great service and to Lowe's department store for employing a great worker.

Bought a 1500$ pair of commercial Maytag washer and dryer a year and a half later. It stopped working. I also purchased the 500$ 3 year warranty after the technician got here he didn't know anything he didn't know what was wrong with the machine and said it would take 1-2 weeks for parts and repair depending on what his boss thought was right. So I purchased the protection plan and I'm still waiting 2 weeks for my washer to be fixed lowes is a scam there products are trash and the people repairing the trash equipment are completely incompetent.

Craig in Garden is very friendly and professional when I'm looking for a plant he lets me know if he has it in stock or when he will order it. I always look for him and he always sees me and greets me with a smile and so cheerful.

We were looking for a seasonal decor item that the app said this store had 4 of (yesterday). My husband was RUDELY informed that they haven't set up their seasonal section yet, they don't know when they will, they don't know how long it will take, and they can't sell anything until they do. Associates at other stores seemed in disbelief that we were told this. Today their inventory says they have 1. I have a hunch associates are saving hot items for themselves or their families.

If zero stars were an option that's what I would choose. The workers tell you where something is and it's wrong. You ask someone they say something different and it's wrong. The cashier didn't even look at me. She just stood staring at the screen. Like I was a ghost.

Unfortunately asking three different employees for one specific thing and having them all look at me like they had no idea what I was talking about I left and went to Home Depot.

I came in for an exterior bamboo window shade but Lowes didn't have the kind I wanted. I did find some cool, reed shades that they have, but not the color that I wanted on the shelf. Per online I'd have to order it. I checked further online and learned that a Lowe's at a different location had only one left. Cris in a Lowe's vest happened to be walking by so I asked him if I could buy the shade here and pick it up in Long Beach. He said sure but we gotta verify that it's really there. He calls the other store but couldn't reach anyone. He tries again and finally gets someone on the phone and they get him to the right department who can do a physical search. The associate he speaks to does a search, but it's not there. He double checks THEIR stock on their website and says they're supposed to have three in stock but course they on the rack and says there isn't even a price sticker in place for them on the rack even though they're supposed to be there . He suspects that they must be must be up on top of the shelf. Another associate comes by-- I can't recall his name --and Chris tells him " we have a problem here, we don't have a place on the shelf for these shades but we're supposed to have three more." He believes they're up on top. The other associate scans the unopened boxes on top of the rack while Cris goes for a ladder and he tells me he thinks that's them up there. For my safety, Chris asks me to move slightly away from the latter , does the climb, and sure enough there they are. With a smile of satisfaction he says, "here you are, sir,"and hands me the shade. And I get my shade-- not the one I originally wanted but even a cooler one, and don't have to order online and wait for a delivery. To some this may sound like an employee just doing his job, but Cris wanted to make SURE they had some-- or didn't-- before he sent me away empty-handed. This guy doesn't just go through the motions. He KNOWS and DELIVERS customer service, and I should know, I was a customer service rep for many years. Cris, you're 'DA MAN'. Thank you.!

Miss Priscila, who is at the check-out cash registers, terrible attitude, what a way to answer, lack of professionalism, she did not help me at all. I will not return to this place.
