I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to stay here! Roaches in the room as soon as you walk in. The room has a strong odor of men's body odor & cigarettes. Beds are uncomfortable, pillows are dirty and one pillow I unfortunately had used was covered in cat urine!! Floor was not cleaned properly neither. And they claim to have free wifi online but they actually charge you for it & even then it doesn't work properly! AGAIN I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The worst place you can go. Every part of my experience was bad . Roaches . Dirty. Smells bad .stains all over bed . Water dosent drain well. Holes in walls The owner is rude . Bad location . I only stayed because I paid ahead of time. These reviews are real and this place is very disappointing . 0 stars

Never share your credit card details with Luxury Inn hotel or any website dealing with this hotel, because the hotel will charge your credit card after you check out. I paid in cash at check in time, but after I checked out they charged my credit card.
The reception man is Indian with very bad english, so it is very difficult to communicate with him

July 26, 2024 4:30 pm.. I see a lot of bad reviews on this place and the front desk person. I checked in thru a little side window, and the guy there was ok. Never had an issue with the guy. So I gave this place 5 stars. Someone else might give it 3 stars, but this is my review🤣. The room was clean, big tv, A/C works fine. Walked 0.7 miles to eat at jersey mikes and I felt safe. But it was only 6 pm . Haven't seen any roaches yet like the complaints I read, but I only got here a few hours ago. Will edit by morning if I have any issues. July 27 2024, stayed another night in the same room. Website said breakfast, but there is no breakfast here. Boss booked thru Expedia and was told they haven't received a conformation so I came back later after work and it was 2:40pm and they got the conformation now but room wasn't clean so came back at 4pm to enter my room. All is well.

The worse experience first room was dirty someon was staying there then he moved us next door just as bad tv was not workin come on our room to fix then the air wouldn't work properly on a 91 degree night! Lastly,I called to pick up some cosmetic i left of course they said wasnt there.
There other hotels avoid this one !

I would prefer to give Nagetive starI have booked a honeymoon suite for my wedding anniversary by Expedia and paid $140 +.Around 10 pm I call at hotel desk to let them know I am going to check-in in late. A lady answer my phone and said it's okay to check-in late. When I got there around 2 am the desk person said,they overbooked for the room. I have booked the room in couple days in advance and when I called desk that lady didn't tell me, they were overbooked. At 2 am I have to call Expedia to resolve the matterBut calling Expedia is west of the time after 1 hr and 30 minutes Expedia only offer me full refund and nothing elseI am very sure that the hotel sold my room to other and they want me charge as no-show.In sort stay away from this property and Expedia.

What can I say about this Hotel it’s not very surprising because the front desk people were not very nice and they had that awful customer service which these Indian women and men are great people I remember that their was only one house keeping lady in the hotel cleaning all the rooms we stayed at the hotel for 4 days we arrived in the afternoon so we rest then next day we told the front desk if they clean our room so we decided to go grab food and then go shopping after that we came back because we were tired when we opened our room we found that the room was not clean and that the towels were not changed this happened like for 2 days that our hotel room was not cleaned until we spoke we the front desk and they told us that early in the morning she was going to tell the housekeeping lady to clean our room but to be honest I would not recommend hotels in Norwalk because they are awful and are not the best hotels in this area

This year I have traveled a lot, I have been in 80 hotels and this hotel is the worst of all, there were hairs on the pillow, cockroaches during the afternoon and night, the bed was uncomfortable (my back hurt the next day) everything That is bearable because the price is low, but what cannot be tolerated is the rude attitude of the receptionist. I read 10 more reviews that talked about the same thing. I had paid for 4 nights but me and my wife preferred to leave on the second night. If you're not desperate, don't stay here! the service is horrible.

Don’t ever stay here! I fully paid and booked a room but apon arrival the inn keeper sent us away saying he couldn’t give us a room and almost didn’t give me a refund.
