Although the food was OK they messed up my order and I had to go back and pay it again. And the service was HORRIBLE. One of the employees refused to help us with our order even though we ordered first then everyone and also yelled at one of my kids. I hope that you guys will be able to fix this.

They take too long to give you your order. I had to see that a girl arrived for the groom and served him first than the other people and his order came out before mine.

This location is the worst...always out of something... from soda to bunns...did a instore remodel and hide behind a wall like they can't see walk in guests...open a close the lobby at different times....and drive thru is always long....avoid at all costs...

Everyone is expected to receive mediocre customer service at any mcdonald's in the United States. I must have jumped into a different timeline this morning, because the lady at the drive through had exceptional customer service, so great.. it felt as if she was about to tug me into bed and read me a bedtime story with hot cocoa on the side.

Tried to get a coffee Friday night before 9 pm and the door was already locked . I know this is not the only food business that does this. Allot of them just want to deal with the drive throug People who actually walk are left out.

Service is the worst, period. Go elsewhere is your best bet. Unless you like waiting, being unattended to and ordering from the keyosk while the workers jus stand around.
