Leasing my 2026 Audi S3 at McKenna Audi Norwalk was the kind of car-buying experience you hope for but rarely get, smooth, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable.
Dalius, the GM, runs a tight ship, everything felt organized, efficient, and refreshingly straightforward. And Yoshin Lin was exceptional, knowledgeable, responsive, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of upselling me on things I didn’t need.
The S3 itself is perfection, sporty, refined, and an absolute joy to drive, but what really stood out was how seamless the entire leasing process was. No games, no last minute surprises, just clear communication and great energy all around.

This time I used text and it was a good experience. He’s always a problem solver for me, along with Juan. Everything was awesome as usual. Love this dealership!

I could not recommend working with Dana Hall enough. He was patient, kind, thorough, and went over every detail and more with me. Buying a used car is an activity I think most people dread, Dana made it seamlessly pleasant. Highly recommend the dealership as well, each person I spoke with was professional and timely with their communication.

My Service Advisor, Jorge was very nice and informative. He took more than enough time to explain the procedures that were performed on my vehicle. He was very patient and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and concerns. I have been to several Audi dealerships in the past 6 months and he is by far the best. If you need to take your vehicle in for service and are close to Audi McKenna Norwalk, please ask for Jorge. He is the best.

Juan Morales is my service advisor. He is very knowledgeable and professional, always. He is definitely an asset to the company.Although I thoroughly enjoy our interactions, Juan should be promoted or given a raise for his outstanding work performance and customer service skills. 10/10 service. Each and every sales rep in there are truly there to make your day better. Friendly and helpful. I was able to get a same day appt with little to no wait time upon arrival. My loaner car was already waiting for me which was great especially during the morning rush. My car was out in a day with the repairs needed. Will definitely come back here again.
