The Metro rep, Ismael, reprogrammed my phone for me w/ total professionalism & was extremely patient in doing so. I learned a lot after being a Metro customer for 6 yrs. I will definitely return with additional questions.

They are great employees. I took a star off as the business next to them has their zumba music at an extrememly annoying, ridiculous volume. Someone needs to tell the person they need to turn the it down to a loud roar. Or be curtious to the cuztomers anc buzinezsAnd invest in sound

First off we keep calling no one would answer the phone. Then I came all the way from La Mirada to come and find out they are closed way ahead of the time their hours show they are. This was so disappointing. Why have a phone number to call if no one is going to answer it!!!

Well I'm going to repost my review i went in to replace my phone about 1 month ago,I ended up paying 120.00 when I had been quoted 110.00 and if that wasn't bad enough some guy went in there as I was waiting for the manager to activate my phone and he sold the same phone to this guy that was replacing his phone for 40.00 dollars an 80.00 dollar difference i quickly posted a review 1 day later I was contacted by the owner of the store asking me to call when I tried calling no answer I tried 3 days later she said she would call me back in 15 min up till now I haven't heard from her or the store basically they make they're own prices and don't care about customers what a shame I would go somewhere else and I'll keep posting this experience even if they take it down 1000 times

So I came into the store to get a new Sim card from my phone that I was activatingAt the moment of helping me out there was a phone call that was incoming The gentleman proceeded to take the car I was frustrated due to the fact that I was waiting there to be helped out at the same time the gentleman has a kid in the back of the counter add an establishmentI am disappointed due to the fact that I came all the way from Anaheim all the way back just to be told that I cannot be helped out we did not mess up on this account the gentleman Marcos messed up and it’s not my fault that I have to come back all the way over here for $15 that I had to pay a new Sim card

Daughter took phone to check froze on her and they said to buy another one no good but she bought the phone two and half ago months cost her a lot money no replacement so we left half hour later it unfroze they try to make money instead help customer

Have been with metro for over 3/4 months. The associates at the store are awesome! Went in to buy a phone and Jonathon and Angel were such great help. They were able to explain the cost and benefits of each phone so I made the right choice. I appreciate their honesty and willingness to help me today. The metro signal itself is a little funny at points but does the job for a great price. Great choice so far :)

0 stars terrible service. Tried to get a phone from here and when I made my first call it sounded terrible. (Total I paid initially was $110) I went inside to return for a full refund and Chris kept saying no we can't. I reminded him that he said 30 day return. Then he quickly said no refund for the $28 a month charge for the first month. I argued and said I used this line for under 5 seconds. Then he was trying to refund me the 82 dollars for just the phone by calling a credit place and speaking a different language he kept calling and not giving me my return confirmation. I went to my bank to call simple mobile the regarding the $28 service charge and they said that is the stores responsibility to pay that back to me. I went back to the store could not get any refund so now I have to fight this with my bank. Terrible service do not recommend.
