okay I don't really leave reviews, but I must say that Nicole who works at the imperial and studebaker MetroPCS is by far my favorite ?!!!! for some reason my phone number got attached to a tablet and started acting really crazy on my phone both devices had my phone number smdh and she went above and beyond to fix that problem and took the time out to really find out what was going on... amazing customer service ? thank you Nicole??

The store located on Imperial Blvd and Studebaker is by far one of the best, they did not have the phone I wanted for my daughter bday gift and they took the time to find it at other stores and send someone to go get it, bear customer experience ever, fast and friendly service, I am definitely a life long customer. Great job

This gril alejandra the worst attitud told me back up 6 ft then i told her aren you suppote be wering a mask she said yes and never put it on after her coworker told her put it on. She said ok but im driking my coffe thats the kind of people that not should be working i hope she gets infected and lern a leson or get fire. Whe dont need that people. Near us.

Just came to buy a phone charge. The guy tried to charge me $30 for $20 charger. He told me, it's new policy and that they are selling warranty on this charger ($10). I recommend not to go here for anything!!!!!

Ported my number without my permission and they claimed they can't help me manger Richard And Angel were no help Alejandra or Aly tried her best after acknowledging her mistake and staying and hour after closing to try to fix it but once the problem was passed they gave up they claim they can't fix it but the 611 number says that stores do authorize all changes but hey not everyone is prepared with common knowledge and courtesy stay away from this location if you don't like headaches and long waits
