“My wife and I were running errands this past Sunday and decided to stop by this Norwalk Verizon location to get information on adding a new line for our daughter. Janet greeted us right away and was very friendly and knowledgeable answering all of our questions. We decided to go ahead and add the new line. Janet was very efficient in spite of some hiccups that were resolved by her contacting customer service. Even after closing time, Janet remained on the phone with customer service and with the same friendly attitude helping us out until everything was completed and we were happy. The Whittwood location is slightly closer to our house but this Norwalk location will now be my go to store because of Janet's amazing treatment and overall customer service.”
