Osbaldo one of the enployees there was probably the rudest people I’ve dealt with the whole interaction was very tense and it felt like I was being talked down to. Got what I needed done but it felt like I was just being stared down no disrespect to oreilys but he needs to be talked to

If someone is looking for a good auto place where the people are helpful, this would be the wrong auto store for you. I went this morning with my dog and the assistant manager by the name of Osablo (he is extremely, overweight and lethargic as well as unhelpful) did not want to assist customers and was complaining about previous people that walked in. I would suggest going to auto zone at Norwalk square.

I just bought a light bulb for my car I tried to install by myself. But I didn't put it. Went back to the store to ask for help and the answer was that that place is not a mechanic shop.Very rude manner

Customer service at this location is above and beyond. Came in with an issue power wise on my 1997 mercedes . Tested out battery and alternator Rommel Diaz store manager was professional helpful and very excellent on customer service. Turns out my battery was old and not holding charge and also my alternator in the near future will need to be replaced unfortunately I had no tools with me at the time Rommel went out of his way to help me remove and install the new battery.This location made my experience pleasant and made it comfortable trust worthy and will be a regular customer. Great customer service is hard to find now a days. My experience was awesome and I hope this review helps you guys and allows you to give this location an opportunity to service your vehicle needs.

I gave them 5 stars because the manager at O'Reilly had confidence that his brand for the camshaft sensor would work. I was hesitant and what do you know it fixed my car start up issue!!!I was frustrated from wasting so much money and time buying parts from autozone. The "Camshaft Sensor" wasn't compatible for whatever reason.Just shows you how good quality their parts are. #AutoZone SucksThank you O'Reilly

I am so disgusted and upset the owner older gentleman was sooo dam racist. We needed a jumpstart for my motorcycle he claimed he didn't have one I asked him if I could purchase one and return he continued to say he couldn't sell me one it was against the store policy. I was so upset and he say you need to calm down I don't want any trouble with your kind of people!?

Fairly good stock of inventory. Could use a extra cashier. Wait wasn't to bad but i hate having to wait on line. Had everything i went in for.

Needed my keyless car remote battery replaced. The man in the picture asked me to open the key, I told him I didn't know how, he replied, "me neither, " I asked if someone else can help me, he responded, " I'm trying to help you." He walked away into the back, then came back & said, "no one can help you, wait for the girl" While I was waiting, a man walked in speaking Spanish, the clerk (in the pic) stated, "I don't know what your saying, I don't speak Spanish" & stood there. The man looked around, ten left the store. After waiting 7mins, a girl walked into the store, then tended to me. She took my Car key in the back, then she came back & stated "we can't open the key to see which battery you have, because it's a newer model & we don't want to jeopardize it" I asked her where else can I go to get help, she said "I don't know" then she asked the man in the picture, he shrugged his shoulders" I reiterated, "so you can't direct me elsewhere?" She stated, "no sorry." I left the store after taking a picture of the clerk, who seemed pleased for his photo op. Went to Auto Zone, walked in, stated what I needed & the gentleman took my car key (without asking questions) , open it, replaced my battery & asked, "do you need anything else?" I stated no, paid my $6 & thanked him! The whole transaction took less than 7mins. Not sure why this company & the people they've employed are not providing customer service.

THIS OREILLY HAS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE OLDER GUY JHUN WAS RUDE AND LAUGHED WHEN A CUSTOMER WAS STRUGGLING. I HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE LOCATION.

my car wouldn't start this morning my daughter's friend took my van to see if they could check the battery they told him my battery was bad it turns out my alternator was bad good thing I didn't buy the battery the only reason I didn't buy the battery was because when I called O`Reilly the person on the phone said they couldn't swap the batteries so I went to another auto part where they told me the battery was fine

I came in last night 9/25/2021 spoke to a gentleman name Steven he took good care of me and had all the parts I needed to my power steering and if you need any parts you could cross references you part number to theirs works out perfect. I'm making this my store from here on out. Steven thanks again for all your help.
