Ruben runs an outstanding automotive repair business. He's honest and reliable. We used to go to car dealers, but they are all expensive cheats. He repairs my husband's diesel truck and my Nissan. We trust him. He stays busy all the time. His business is within walking distance to our home which is another benefit. Thank you, Ruben!

Ruben has been taking care of my car for the last about 4 years. My car is 18 years old. It passed its smog certification yesterday as smoothly as a top. I really depend on him and his mechanic skills to keep this car going. Plus, he's a very nice fellow. You couldn't ask for more reasonably priced repairs.

Smog check Received DMV notice and realized I needed to complete a smog check . I found this place on Yelp and since I was in the area , I decided to try it. I called to make sure if they were available for a smog check . The gentleman who answered was very polite and stated they were not busy and to come by. I came 5mins later and was greeted right away. Thanks to Ruben , smog check completed within less than 10 minutes and now I am on my way to enjoy my Friday. Thanks Ruben!

What can I say about Peppertree automotive... I've been bringing ALL of my cars here since 2003. 2003 Tahoe, 2004 Dakota, 1993 and 1990 civics, and even my 36' RV. Ruben has worked on every single one. He even found out what the AC problem was on my brand new Tahoe that the dealer couldn't on 3 different occasions. Very reasonably priced and VERY reliable. I had a friend whose car overheated and shut down. I told Ruben what happened, and without missing a beat he told me the possibilities and quoted me to repair it. My friend ended up taking it to the dealer, they replaced everything Ruben had told me was wrong with it, but they charged him twice as much. Anyone that asks for a mechanic, I suggest Peppertree. I could go on and on and on, but there's no need. If you need a reliable and trustworthy mechanic who knows what he's doing, take your car, ANY car, to Ruben. Peppertree, when you want your car fixed right the first time, at reasonable prices.
