I had an amazing experience at the Norwalk Red Wing store! I dropped off two pairs of work shoes, and the team went above and beyond. Michael and Celeste were incredibly helpful and professional throughout the process. I was especially impressed by Celeste—she cleaned my shoes so thoroughly that they look better than they ever have, even compared to other Red Wing stores I’ve been to. The level of care and attention to detail was outstanding. Thank you for such excellent service—I’ll definitely be back!

Great service. My husband was not able to go since he's working a lot. The salesman man was able to help by pulling up my husband's account with that I was able to get what I needed. He didn't try to over sell me.

This store would not honor the 30 day unconditional return after I brought the boots from here on 10/15/2024, and tried to return them on 10/19/2024. I didn’t have the boots for more than 4 days. The reason for returning the boots is that the leather was starting to pucker and separate from the boot. I can also feel my socks getting wet from the water entering my boots. The sales representative at the store said there were no issues with water coming through the boots and said the leather was puckering, etc because the boots were new. The representative was informed that I have boots over a year old from Red Wings and they’ve not puckered, wrinkled, etc. Four day old boots don’t do this unless they are defective. The manager told me to take the boots to another store in retuning them and exchanges for new ones. She didn’t want to deal with this issue or have her store take a hit because of the defective boots.

I asked for speed laces on my 10877s. They said I would have to wait until Friday. The salesman said "she" was the only person who could install them. So I took mine to Westminster the same day and had them installed. Lack of effort and lazy.

I came here looking for a certain boot they didn't have it , I ask if they can look what store around here has it both the male and female employees said they couldn't look it up for me ,I came 3 months ago and they look it up, I'm not sure why they couldn't this time , then they try to sell me some other boot I wasn't interested in, and other thing I didnt want. Then the lady comes and tells me the nearest red wing that has the boots I want is San Diego, I walk away and called the Whittier location they had it , Never coming to this Red wing ever again customer service was so bad I even sat down the the employe came over and told me to move, employees customer service is 1 star owner should look into their employe and retrain them

Was impressed by the foot scanning process that I've been wanting to experience, to make sure I purchased the right Boots and insoles, especially due to my Job position consist of a lot physical movement like, walking on gravel and climbing ladders, squatting, bending and so forth.
