They said their button for free air (for tires) doesn't work, when by law they should be able to provide free air for tires. They are just charging for air when it should be given to customers for free. Or if the button really is broken, as a company they should do their due diligence to get it fixed as soon as possible. And then they also gave us a hard time when we asked to use the restroom, and they said it was for customers only. But we purchase the air so we are customers???

Price was much more than Google has posted and their pumps don't work well. Couldn't get more than$2 without the pump stopping.

Gas is a bit high in price but, very convenient for the area. Gas, ICE, drinks & clean restroom. I was in traffic on the 5fwy for almost 4.5 hours, coming from Tejon Pass' 3-hour closure. Thankfully, I made it...The man behind the counter was very nice. He said that he "could see it in my face!"Lol, Whew! I truly appreciated the understanding.

My 02 Trail blazer started acting up today, so I brought it here to the Shell in norwalk on Firestone and San Antonio. And immediately apon my arrival I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake

Was down the street at the other Shell, called to see if their prices were cheaper but said don't give prices over the phone. So I DIDN'T go. Sometimes their price on maps isn't accurate so didn't want to take that chance. Lost my business.

I always come by this station to fill up my tank their prices are unbeatable and staff is very friendly the girl gave me a 10$ gift card last time I stopped by she's really kind won't stop pumping here

Don't pump here. These people hacked my card twice. I paid at the pump and got hacked. Next time unpaid inside and the cashier took my card from me and was very suspicious about it. A few days later my card gets hacked again. Avoid this place!
