Stopped by here desperately needing gas and saw it was 24 hrs on the map I pulled up and was able to use my card and got the approval with notice to begin fueling. No matter how hard or often I tried nothing came out. I thought maybe the pump was faulty. So I tried a different pump scanned my card got approval and said to begin pumping but again nothing came out no matter what I tried. There were no posted hours for the gas pumps. Please adjust your hours to reflect when you close.

Ever since Jackson has taken over this place they have not been any employees to work in the mornings. When ever I come here in the AM they put a sign out on the window saying be back at 6am it's currently 630am right now still no help. I am late to work because of these people.

Car wash machine's terrible! . Old style is ok but for $10 wash with low maintenance machine with no foam, no blowing and the brush is falling apart. Just get rid of it , please

The only reason why go to shell gas station is for the rewards program however I go inside and shop off the app on my phone to get cents of each gallon, Either they never have the items on the app in the store to receive the discount, Or when they do have the items you never get your discount after scanning and putting in your phone number in, When you ask the person on the cash register about this they look at you like your crazy, like they don't know or don't care, I spend so much money here filling up all my cars but Today was the final straw I'm going just a lil father down to that chevron. Sick of this none sense

It says mask required before you enter the store but they do not implement it. I thought it maybe a one off incident but I've seen 3 separate incidents where customers were allowed in the store without a mask and one even coughed up in the air. Yikes. If you're one of those people who like to take extra precaution, you may want to rethink going here. Not going here anymore.

Car wash here is awful. Spend the extra few bucks and go to a hand car wash. The one off Norwalk and Artesia is decent. I came here because of the ash on my car. I figured I do a quick rinse and be off... nope. As the wash was done, the green light lit up and the blow dryer was activated giving you 1min and 30 seconds to dry your car. As I was slowly going under the dryer, the guy behind me decided to punch in his code. I was out a few seconds before the timer ran out, but as I looked at the back of my car there was still a lot of soap! So I went in and told the cashier, she was kind enough to let me have another round. Went in the second time, hoping that the person behind me didn't enter the code. As I went through the dryer I looked back and saw no soap. By the time I was done I drove home only to find that there's water marks all over my car. It looks worse than the ash that was on my car prior to me visiting this location. Never again! Avoid at all co

Met an angelToday . ... . Madison . employee hereVery . kind soulThere was a tired looking raccoon resting in the shade outside the gas station...Maddie was worried . for both her customers'and the raccoon's health.... she called every nearby animal rescue center; but they were closed due to theholiday...She did her best . cut out a little cup bowl of water and left it near thetrash panda...She gives a s****** .I'm learning more and more these days that giving a s*** . ...makes all the difference in the world .

Maria Coleman,The worst service you can ever imagine we come in on Sunday we’re paying for a car wash six dollars we’re putting the code the code doesn’t work we asked for a new code she said to come back Monday and talk to the manager she cannot even print a new code for us we are 50 miles away from this gas station we just came by on the road to put some gas and a car wash that’s not a way to treat Travelers she insisted so much not to give it so she went and called a detective or a deputy that was supposed to come to the gas station to solve the problem this is ridiculous

Came to this shell bought a bunch of snacks and also bought a Carwash. I asked the lady if I could use one of the small coffee cups (but not buying coffee) just needed the tiny cup. She made up some b******* excuse of why I needed to pay for the cup. The cup was literally the size of a water cup that they give you at del taco or something. I just spent money at this gas station I shouldn't have to pay for a beverage that I'm not even getting I just need the cup. She was super rude and I will never be returning. From what I see a lot of people don't like this gas station. Never coming back.
