It offers a great selection of shoes and socks, good discounts, and back-to-school needs. The store is easy to find and park at. Many customers have been shopping here for over 40 years and highly recommend it. Customer service experiences vary, with some staff noted as very friendly and attentive, providing awesome customer service, while others have been described as bad-tempered. There have been reports of difficulty reaching the Norwalk store by phone. Overall, it aims to be the destination for all workwear needs.

One of my favorite places to get work boots the atmosphere is always nice and friendly and the sales person Cynthia was very helpful and nice in assisting me with my purchase and answering my questions.

The girl with black Chinese hair and glasses was very friendly, she was very attentive, but her colleagues were very bad-tempered, there should not be a skinny girl and a long-haired blonde girl, these two people run to the customers.
