Terrible customer service, the supervisor, who thinks she is Magger, does not know how to deal with or solve even simple problems such as returns. And no one starts to see if you want a model etc. HEY LET'S REMEMBER THESE COMPANIES WE ARE GOING TO CONSUME AND THEREFORE WE DESERVE DECENT TREATMENT I FOR MY PART WILL NOT RETURN

The girl with black Chinese hair and glasses was very friendly, she was very attentive, but her colleagues were very bad-tempered, there should not be a skinny girl and a long-haired blonde girl, these two people run to the customers.

I come to this location every year ( 7th yr) for my company boot voucher. Getting two boots and just paying out of pocket the difference. The what seems to be the manager rude and unhelpful when I'm explaining what I do and have done for 7 years...
