I would give 0 Stars if possible but it isn't. Worlds slowest cashier on planet Earth works here. 10 mins in line with just 3 people in front of me. Not only is she slow but her body language shows she don't want to be here. Wish I was kidding but I'm not. Not coming back here again!

The rating is for EDGAR. Another customer and I were looking for an item that said in stock on the app but was no where to be found out on the shelves. We bumped into Edgar who was restocking in the food section and asked him about the product. Edgar kindly stopped what he was doing and walked with us. Took us to the area where the merchandise is usually at but none was there. Edgar asked an employee Marissa about the items but she didn't seem to care about us looking for it. She told Edgar that they should be on the shelves (which we had already checked with Edgar) she didn't seem nice when Edgar said oh it says we have 20 or 25 in stock. But either way Edgar Went to check in the back stock and luckily the product was found! Edgar is definitely the man!!! Best customer service. Marissa you could definitely learn from Edgar's friendliness and excellent customer service

Worst Target !!! I go here because its the closest to me . Worst customer service. Ive been going here for years , but my last straw was today, i asked a worker ( who i asked her name after Alex) and I politely asked her where something particularly was she was rude , i also work in retail , and i know how to still be kind ams answer , like wtf. I will not be going here anymore.

Let me start with saying, this is my favorite target to go to. It's a large location and it always organized and clean. There's this one girl too, Diana, she's mostly a barista but I've also seen her working in the main target area. She is always so helpful and so kind. Clearly she's a hard worker and someone who really seems to love her job. It's always a nice experience when you can see it in their work ethic and their smiles when they're working. She's one of the many employees at this location who make it worth the drive (I live in Whittier, but the closer locations are a bit disorganized). Also, props to her for always getting my order right- I'm embarrassed to say that I'm one of those who always order complicated drinks

This location is real selective with checking receipts. I was shopping for my household. As we were finishing up at the register spending $300 I noticed the security coming out from their office. He stood there letting shoppers leave without checking the receipts but when it was time for us (Afro-American) to leave he instantly asked for our receipt. He tried playing it off by asking 2 more people behind then he stopped!!! Stop being RACIST AND PROFILING if you gone check receipts check EVERYBODY RECEIPTS

Visit: Friday, 6/30 - 11:45am The girl with the glued eye brows up to her forehead, short light blonde hair to her shoulders/ears and Snuffleupagus from Sesame Street eye lashes needs a class on customer service- working especially in returns dept is the WRONG dept. for her. She needs a reality check. Terrible worst customer service- I hope she reads this! You prolly should work with a smile on your face, instead you wear a frown- and terrible customer service. What happened to target not allowing solicitors? Solicitors are the reason I don't go to Walmart. It makes me feel harassed, and slightly unsafe because they can be so demanding for you to buy their candy or sign their petition. But here I am, in the parking lot, debating what angle I can run in without being bothered. There are TWO solicitors, one at each door. Inside the store is just fine. I like it here. But they need to maintain their safe-shopping experience

4.5-Stars 1) They truly need 8 self-check out stalls.. 4 is Not adequate Supervisor Ashley who was managing the disaster out self-checkout line told me they were Under-staffed ( Which is most places these days) 2) They also need to property maintain their sanitizer dispensers more 3) Overall this is a popular Target located right off the 605 & Firestone exit

I never shop at this Target in store, I usually only go here just to do order pick ups. It's a little inconvenient coming to this store because they only have one entrance and one exit. I'm still giving it 5 stars because the staff is always so friendly when they bring out my order to drive up and in a timely manner. I appreciate Target having the drive up option. It's a huge help especially when you have kids. I do not feel safe shopping with kids without my husband with the way things are going right now I rather do order pick ups. Thank you Target for providing the drive up option for your customers, we really appreciate you and all your employees.

Target is a place for adults where you can explore & enjoy everything they have to offer and end up walking out spending over $200.00 easily. That's not the complaint for this location. The staff here is SUPER unprofessional especially at the front counter. I went here to try out the "order pick up" option they have to offer for my first time and was told I needed to wait in a LONGGG line to pick up my items that were already purchased. Skinny petite dark haired bob styled haircut with long nails is the employee who was extremely rude. This place is filled with little kids as employees walking / sitting around cursing up a storm and seeing you waiting at the order pick up counter and no checking up if I've been helped or not. Target need to tighty up this place with new friendly professional employees.

The employee at the check lane called her super to help because I wanted cash back in all $1's but her register only had 10 one dollar bills and she needed more change. Upon telling her super, the super said that I am not able to request the type of bills in my change. I work at Target and know for a fact that this is a lie. Her super was just too lazy to go to another register to switch out one of her larger bills for $1. I understand it gets busy and you get tired, however that should not impact the quality at which you help guest. The store moreover was just filthy and unorganized everywhere. I went around 8 PM so it's not during a rush after people get off of work either. If you could avoid this Target I would, if not it's not the end of the world just don't expect anything but the bare minimum.

This is ridiculous. The worst delay of service ever ! Then I asked the guy why the delay all he said was "have a good one. After waiting I went inside to get a coffee from Starbucks and the Lady said oh I already took my last order. I'm closing now barely 8 PM. It's ridiculous no consideration for the Consumer. This is what happens when you people vote for Democrats are your creators lazy employees?

I use this target for drive up orders since the pandemic. They used to be on it here, orders banged out and ready in 2 hours or less. For the past year + they can't seem to get it together. Pickup orders take over 24 hours at times, never less than 3. It's very frustrating when there is no consistency in their service. Every other order is usually missing something in it that was the main item that caused the order to be placed. Stock status is often off. And don't bother going inside to inquire about your order that's in "processing", the staff here that deals with drive up and walk up orders don't want to hear it. Several occasions encountered rude associates before we could even speak our issue. Target had it figured out during the pandemic, but post pandemic it's a mess.

This Target is the worst. I work down the street and almost weekly I place a Target drive up order either near work or near my home. About 5 weeks ago I tried to place an order at this target and after 6 hours I had to cancel and reorder at another Target. Today I decided to give it a try again to see if it was just a one off. But unfortunately I just had to cancel my order again and reorder at the store by my house. Numerous reviewers are saying the same thing. If staff at this Target are unable to fulfill their pick up orders, Target should either fire them and get people who actually do their job, or stop offering pick up at this store.
