“If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. “Needed a jump start on my car today and got Armstrong towing through my Mercury insurance. I did have to wait about 1 hour but it was better than other companies that were offered with a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours . “I got a flat tire on my way to work and needed a towing truck and they were send to me by someone else but they came within 15min. I met Hugo who helped me tow my car to a tire shop not only did he do that but also towed me to different tire when we found out they had moved. He also was very kind to help me push my fender out when it was pushed in by my tire and even wiped off the tire mark. Very honest man and very kind, will recommend him to all friends and family that may need a tow truck in the sure 10/10 service for sure!!”

“I am so impressed with the service I received! I’ll try to keep it short but the staff went above and beyond to ensure my car was safe and not damaged! Short story: I was shipping my car to Hawaii. When the car arrived at Matson for shipping, the car was rejected because they said it was too low and only 3 inches off the ground. What’s crazy about it is that Matson shipped the car to the mainland so I was confused as to why they approved the outbound leg but not the return. My EXPENSIVE car was stuck in Long Beach and about to be left on the side of the road by the transport company who transported it all the way from Florida. It was a terrifying situation for me not knowing what to do immediately. Nobody wants their expensive car randomly sitting on the street in a strange place and you are all the way in another state. It was a horrible situation that I will NEVER forget! All American Towing came to the rescue and accepted and stored the car for 2 days until I could figure out next steps. All American Towing stored my car, properly measured the car which was 4 inches not the claimed 3 inches by Matson, and made sure my car was safe and secure and off the streets. Ended up shipping the car with PASHA Hawaii and had no issues with them accepting the car after MATSON screwed me over leaving my car stranded in California with no where to go. When it was time for the car to leave temporary storage from her lot, Jill took pictures and sent them to me to ease my mind and to show there was no damage to my car while in her possession. That made me feel so relieved! She even called me When the other company came to pick up the car to ensure it was the right company before releasing my car to them. The pick up company had sent a different driver than they said they would and Jill was not having it, thought it was suspicious and immediately called me directly to confirm before releasing my car to them. That made me feel so good to know that she was vigilant and wasn’t going to just allow anybody to take my car from her. So cool! She kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, treated me with respect and had great storage prices! Overall, the staff at All American Towing are my type of folks! They provide service beyond what I expected and took care of my car from the start. When you find good people in business today hold on to them because there are a lot of business owners that just don’t care about your property and only want your money. The pride in service is just not there anymore for most businesses today. All American Towing is that business who cares and takes pride in what they do! I’m a car guy and if you are too…don’t worry your car will be safe, secured and a watchful eye will ensure your car is ok while in their custody. Jill had my back and I am grateful for her and her team during a very stressful and unexpected situation for me. Thanks again All American Towing!”

“Our car was stalled on a Sunday evening and the whole family was stranded for an hour waiting on a tow from our car insurance company. As we waited the sun was about to set and I was concerned with where we were, in a questionable part of South LA and our car insurance company could not guarantee an ETA. So I decided to take the chance of looking for a tow company nearby and I'm so glad to have found Munoz Towing. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone. Came exactly as they estimated their ETA. Was thoughtful enough to see if there was any quick fix before loading the car. And even waited with us for my kids and I to safely catch our Uber before heading out to the auto shop. The paperwork for our insurance was efficiently handled and it was the most stress free experience in a stressful situation. Their fee was also very reasonable. Thank you Munoz towing for your help. Cross my fingers I won't need a tow again, but I know I can trust Munoz for their reliable service.”
“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

My phone died while on the phone with him and he still found me on the side of freeway. On the drive way home, we talked and he was so kind and thoughtful. If you get Gilbert you will be in luck. He deserves paid time off and a bonus or an increase in his salary. He definitely needs a vacation to spend time with his family since he deserves it.
