“AAA dispatched A&E services to tow my 92 Chevy Pickup. (AAA was terrible) but A&E Towing and the driver Casey was awesome. From now on I'll just skip calling AAA and just call A&E directly. Free towing through AAA sounds great but it does have a cost of frustration.”

George, the owner, was great to deal with; professional and clearly cares about doing the job right. Laura at the front desk was also super helpful throughout the whole process. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area; this shop stands behind their work.”

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

“This is probably the best company I have dealt with in a very long time. I shipped a car from Arizona to California to be shipped overseas to where I live and the previous carrier stopped replying to me. I have a tracker on the vehicle and finally got in touch with the previous company to coordinate drop off to All American Towing. The previous company was an hour late and Rich still waiting for him. Both Jill and Rich went above and beyond for a stranger they have never met and only spoke to on the phone. They are an absolute pleasure to work with and the communication is out of this world. I will forever use their company when I shop through California. I cannot say enough great things about them and their company. Thank you guys again!”

“I had the best experience today with Armstrong Towing. After stupidly driving over a large piece of metal and getting a flat tire, I contacted Tesla Roadside for help. I was placed in limbo for 50 minutes before a Tesla agent even acknowledged me. The only good thing they did was dispatch Armstrong Towing out to help. The Tesla estimate was 60 minutes. I almost cried. Fortunately, help arrived in less than 30 minutes from when the agent said he contacted the company. Malosi was professional, helpful, and efficient. My car was carefully loaded onto the bed, and we were on our way.”
