I thought this body shop was pretty awesome with the work they completed with a limited amount of fund for the work. However after having my vehicle for a week I began to notice things that were not repaired. In fact things that did not need repairing before it was left at Troy and Bob's. Now taking a closer look at the area that was needing the repair I see that there were items left half assed. And although they politely offered to fix those items for free. I would need to come out of pocket for the parts. That doesn't sound like good business to me. Now my vehicle feels unfinished, and unsafe. I will no longer do work with them nor will I refer anyone to this shop. I hope others read this before getting into a "it's wear and tear, and not our fault" disagreement with this company.

I had a paint job done. Brenda was always informative and on top of everything as the car was being serviced. Ramon made sure the service was done professionally and at the end, the car came out beautiful. Couldn't ask for a better service. Thanks to Troy and Bobs Auto Works!

Last month on Oct. 17, I was involved in an accident an and last week I just received my car looking brand new just like when I took it off the dealer. It would have been got it sooner but my insurance was giving me problems. They kept me updated on the progress, the service was amazing, the customer service was 5 stars, I felt like I was part of the family. I have 2 kids under 2 and I left my car with crumbs on the floor but that didn't matter they were so nice to detail the outside and give my car a vacuum. 5/5 I would go there again.

Troy and Bobs Auto Works did an exceptional job, we couldn't have been more satisfied with our experience. We were rear ended on the freeway. Our 2018 Chrysler Pacifica looks like it was never touched. Thanks so much!!!

I was recommended Troy and Bob Auto Works by my dad to get my car repaired. I went in and Ramon immediately assisted me! My dad was definitely right, they are very professional and trustworthy! My car was fixed timely and turned out really nice. I would easily recommend this shop to my friends and family.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all. Here is a photo of a VERY happy 89-year-old woman that just had her Christmas wish come true. She's pleased because her Rav 4 paint was peeling. She took it in to Ramon back in July. He was kind enough to give her a quote but had to send her away because he was SO busy. However, he's true to his work, word, and quote. Once he caught up on work; called and said he could paint the car. It was the perfect gift for Christmas. Done just in time for Christmas. Thank you Ramon for your hard work, commitment, and being a true businessman of integrity!

My car was well taken care of. Ramon was honest and was straight with me. His timeline was on par and made sure my rental was delivered to me at my door. Too notch service and very rare these days. Great customer service from start to end. I was a bit stressed out about my car damage but Ramon helped me understand everything will be okay and guided me accordingly. My car looked brand new after fixing the damaged area and the quality of work was definitely worth trusting. Great service all around. Glad I found this place while driving on the same road for daily commutes. I brought my Yukon over to adjust and realign the door. I always struggle with trying to find trustworthy people to work with that won't try to rip you off and these folks were pleasantly great to work with. We were in a time pinch because of holidays and were traveling with the family soon and it helped reduced the loud noise I previously had while opening and closing the door. I'm also taking another family car there soon and plan to stick with them for a while. Thanks again guys!

We were devastated when the driver side door of our Subaru Forester was dented in a parking lot. After searching on Yelp, we found Troy and Bobs -- the five star reviews are well deserved. They were very clear and communicative throughout the process. I was a bit worried when they said that painting the panel would require painting/blending the adjacent panels as well, but when we received the car, it looked brand new and seamless ... and they even washed the car and shined my tires -- nice touch! I would have taken pictures ... but it's been a few weeks since they finished the job and the recent dust/rain would not do their work justice. I hope to never be in a situation where I'll need them again, but if another incident happens, I know I'll be in good happens.

I was getting some outrageous quotes to get a small panel painted for my wife's car. I came across Troy & Bobs. I'm so glad I came here. Great service, great prices, & fair. Marco & Ramon made sure I was well taken care of.
