“WOW!This is a smaller Car rental business.The location on Garden Grove Blvd.If you,re looking for good prices, a clean vehicle, and stellar customer service, thenthis is the place for your car rental.I visited a local enterprise rent a car and found their prices way to high.When I entered Metro at 10022 Garden Grove Bvd the manager Was exceedingly helpful and friendly and got me into my rental within 20m. Honestly it would have been sooner, but he took his time to patiently walk me through a few problems I was having. He fully explained their policies regarding rentals and took the tome to answer all my questions thoroughly.The car was clean and well maintained.Returning the rental was just as easy as renting it. As I had purchased an extra day which I didn't eventually use, I had to be reimbursed. Once the transaction had processed, he called me to make sure I was awa .?????His custom service and vehicle qqs A1AThis is the place to go for you if you needa rental car.”
“There was not an orange box that said key drop off for after hoursso we just had to put it through the mail slot in the back door. The box from the website would be easier to locate. Easy process though to rent truck. Staff very helpful!”
“The owner George is super honest. I work for and HVAC company and we take our vehicles here to get serviced. He quotes us and never pressures us to make the repair. It's always a recommendation, and if there's multiple repairs needed, he'll recommend what to prioritize.
There was one time that they accidentally cracked one of the rear lights and to be honest, I wouldn't have known but he went ahead and replaced it. This place is owned by a man of integrity and we'll keep bringing our vehicles to him.”

“The team went above and beyond to get me and my 7 other family members to Las Vegas for my nephews first bday. Enterprise in Downey screwed us and gave our rental away as my boyfriend and I went to pick it up on time. I also went to Marathon in Downey and boy did he want so much money for an older vehicle 6 seater van. I called desperate to other locations and Xpress Auto came through!! They had one cancellation and I was able to get a sprinter for the same price I was gonna get a 6 seater older van from Marathon. I can’t thank Xpress Auto Rental enough for helping. The sprinter was my families favorite they were all so happy together in one vehicle not having to be in 2 or bunched up. Had alot of nappers on the ride it was that comfortable!! Super clean sprinter with many areas to hold drinks and items so the floor was kept clean. I will be coming to Xpress Auto Rental for the future events I will not go anywhere else when I need a large capacity vehicle. Thank you again!!!”

“I rate this Enterprise #1 in price, customer service, cleanliness of vehicles, and overall positive experience. I've rented a truck to tow my trailer forbusiness twice now and I've had one of the best customer experiences ever both times! I reserved the truck online the day prior to pickup. It's free to reserve and you don't need to enter your credit cardinformation. The price was the lowest I found. Others don't compare and most companies don't offer so many rental vehicle options.I received a phone call from the Enterprise rep a couple of hours prior to pickup time to confirm booking. When I arrived I was greeted by a young lady at front desk who was so friendly! The check in process was simple and fast. I was in and out in 15min. The vehicle was immaculate. I left my vehicle in their secured lot overnight without issue. Drop off was just as quick and easy as the check in process. The manager, Alejandro is very professional and kind! I can see why the team there is so friendly and chill because they have a great leader.I will always choose Enterprise for my business rental needs. “You make an appt for service & reserve parts then the parts are not here. They say they cant pick up truck & then they pick up truck. They say you cant drop trailer & then you can drop trailer. This location is super hit or miss. I think they mean well & the workers are cool and attentive but sheesh man. 0 parking & space here fyi. Good turn around time for sure.”
“This place is great! Even though they are a little bit pricey but their forklift is worth every penny!! The staff answered all my questions. They couldn’t be sure 100 percent to stay in my budget especially on how many days I was having it for but they did their best!!! I totally recommend if you need a forklift!!!”

“We have a commercial account and rent from this location a lot. Paul the owner?/manager? takes customer service to the next level. He's always there to assist when needed. We recently had a time-sensitive problem with a tire on a 26' truck and he had someone out there to change out the tire in less than an hour. I will sing Paul's praises to whomever will listen.”
“I'm moving 1200 miles away and uhaul gave me a truck that wobbled at 45 miles and didn't feel safe. I called penske instead because I heard they have better trucks which is very true. The truck they gave me was bigger and had half the miles uhaul gave me. Matthew was the rep I talked to and he worked with me making a very quick reservation after I had to quickly refund with uhaul. He got me the best deal possible and I'm very happy I called. Definitely recommend using this company and even more so call don't do it online. They are the best and try their best to help. I will never use uhaul again. Penske all the way.”
