Terrible service! Waste of our taxpayer money. Seems that everything bothers them and can't help with simple request specially The girl with glasses at the front desk. They should hire people that actually care about their job.

Their website mentioned passport services walk-ins are open till 3.30 on Saturday. called them and we have been told that it is actually till 11.30, we were in line @10.30 waiting for them to call us but the lady saw us and closed the window without even telling us anything the other lady told us that yes the walk ins are accepted till 11.30 but the passport window lady has to go early????wth? Website hours:3.30
When u call them it's:11.30 when u are in the post office they will closed the window on your face without any explanation???pathetic & incompetent service, rude staff. They should shut down this facility and let the staff stay at home forever since they dont wanna do their job what they are getting paid for.

Need new or renew a passport? Don’t go there! Comfirmed my appointment on first day, the next day, a lady called back said today you need to reschedule your appointment. Made another appointment , and next day called me back to cancel my appointment again , she told me I need to reschedule your appointment,I told her I already rescheduled my appointment on last time, she told me, you need go to another post office to renew my passport, totally just wast my time, bad experience with this place.

My 5-star review is for Clerk 37 who helped me open a PO Box this morning. She's kind, informative, and professional. I was not expecting this from a postal worker at all. I definitely picked the right spot by opening my PO Box at this branch.

I have a P O BOX at this location. Everytime I pickup mail I get told things. I feel threatened by some of these associates. Today I spoke to Edgar at first he listen and then he got a little defensive. Then he said I was threatening him . I told him I am emotionally threatened. If I feel nervous around them that a threat. They are cause negative emotions and I feel unsafe around them . Everytime I go there.

Shout out to the unnamed “Clerk: 37” according to my receipt! 🧾 You were alone at the desks with a long line and you kept things moving fast. So impressive. And despite you working for the government’s mail system you didn’t seem like all the rest that appear as if they would rather chew rocks than help the public. 😂 Thank you for your service, friendly and efficient Clerk 37.

So sad that I have to give this facility a 1 star. I'm not from this area. I googled the nearest post office. This one came up with only 2 stars! I thought wow! What could it be??.., I really needed to send out a package so I stopped in. The moment I stepped in this facility, I was attacked by five mosquitoes…I asked the cashier if this is normal, she replied the owners are aware of this situation
They just put up with it. This is not good business. I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! Peleas do something about this! If not for the customers, do it for your employees!!

Machine failed to print my label, worker was rude and had no patience. She immediately dropped the nice act once her supervisor left. Will not be coming here again.

They are wasting my time, make me wait in long line. Then tell me they only serve for 15 people who has numbers! The people who first apply passport!! This is totally ridiculous, there has no signs at all! It’s unorganized work!
