We came in for a walk-in visit on a Saturday when our 11 month old pup was having an allergic reaction, the team saw us quickly and prioritized his symptoms right away. A special thank you to Lauren, Dr. Choi, and the entire staff. Lauren was incredibly kind and kept checking in on us in the waiting room to make sure our pup, Dude, was comfortable, especially since he gets anxious at the vet. We truly appreciated the care, honesty, and transparency throughout the visit. I left with no questions unanswered and felt the care throughout entire visit. The customer service was exceptional, our dog was in great hands. We will definitely be back!”

I almost didn’t call to make an appointment because of some of the negative reviews I had read, but I’m really glad I decided to give them a chance. I called to bring my dog in, and the receptionist was professional, kind, and answered all of my questions. The veterinary technician who administered my dog’s treatment was also very professional and helpful.

The veterinarian was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I also made the appointment at the last minute, and I was pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the price was.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with everyone I interacted with. I’m grateful for the care they provided for my dog, and I will definitely be taking my animals here in the future.”

“Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews, they did a really good job taking care of my tiny pomeranian mix after she ate rat poison and the night staff at least was very kind and supportive. I had to take her in at 7pm on labor day weekend (Not many places were open and VCA was full). They made her throwup within 40mins of arriving. They did an analysis of her throw up contents, checked vitas, did blood testing and gave her activated charcoal, and a bowel cleansing meds. 900$ bill for an emergency visit and out by 9pm. Not bad it would have been more at VCA.
*update our dog recovered well, no issues and barely passed any rat bait (contents the size of sand <150um). No neurological issues from consuming bromethalin and a happy pup.”
