3 people behind the counter, neither one acknowledging the customer, all in the gossip. Finally trying to get one of them attention one of them assuming was the manager still had the nerve to make me wait. Bad customer service
On hold for 15 minutes twice today. Still no answer. I guess that's all I have to judge by. This place is horrible... or understaffed. Either way you should find as better pharmacy.
Terrible customer service through drive thru. One lady didn’t want to attend to me so I had to go inside and she still didn’t want to assist me until 10-15 minutes later. This other guy in the drive thru was pretty rude, I’m just trying to get my medicine for my grandparents.
