Slowest service imaginable! Bring a book or stay away! 45 minute wait, 20 ppl in line and only two slow tellers

Not easy to work with. But most Wells Fargo banks aren't so what do you expect. Probably should switch banks to almost anything else

I am so disappointed in the customer service I received one day. I simply wanted to open an account for my little brother. I walk in and all workers were busy, I understand. I was approached by the security guard (female) who tried assisting me by finding someone to help me out. As a worker was finishing up with a client, I saw I had an opportunity to get help so the security guard asked if I can get help. And the worker said that he could not because he needed to start giving breaks. It really only takes about 30 mins to open account so I just left. Part of the reason why I deciding to part ways with Well's Fargo

Called ahead of time to see if this location was open due to the pandemic as all banks are not open. They were open for banking. There customer service here is beyond excellent!!!! Plenty parking , all safety protocols are in place. Only down fall is if there is a line there is no shelter in case weather changes.

They have a long a** line waiting outside there's elderly ppl and it's always 45 min to and hour and half wait just walk in the bank. They only have 1 teller while the other one counts pennies and another employee watch. Poor service and poor management. When you call the bank no one ever answers and when you finally walk in and ask questions no one seems to be able to help. All employees here can't do anything but stand around be on their phones. The only helpful one is the security guard. But he even is kind of clueless as to why the bank is sooo damn slow

2nd time I make an appt to send a wire, and the 2nd time this shitty branch calls me the day of to cancel and say the person called in sick. BS there is no one else that can help when someone is out sick? Asked to speak to a manager and of course she isn't available and was told she would call me back. Guess what? More shitty service no one called back. Take your banking elsewhere, i'm going to.

Can never go there without a super long wait. Not enough tellers that can handle a multi transaction. But, managers/clerks standing around greeting you. Get behind the counter and service your customers PROMPTLY! Always a lot of invalid answers when questioned about lack of service from the Manager on down. Today 1-21-20 Fifteen customers in line and only 2 tellers. Again it took over 30 minutes to get service. Haven't they learned yet. Instead of asking the people who had been waiting, they ask the just entering customers if they can help them. Who is the manager? Can't you see the issues? REALLY!!!

The other day I went in to cash a check And thank god i don't bank here. The bank teller named Nicole Garcia was so rude to me treated me bad. Poor social skills and just kept making faces. I literally had to drive to the well Fargo in Cerritos inside stater bros and such a difference got welcomed and cash my check. I went back just to get her name for this review you shouldn't treat people like that as a bank teller you're a customer representative too act like one.

The level of customer service is disappointing I will never visit this branch again. They did not make me feel like a valued customer they made me feel like I did not belong in their branch. The manager on shift Shelia Bryd-Williams was very rude and dismissive, she was more concerned about the provisional credit on my account because my account had been compromised instead of focusing on providing an amazing customer experience. She had no desire to help me and lied to my face about being able to waive a fee that I learned shortly after leaving could be waived by a manager. I work in customer service and think it's very important to provide everyone with a world-class level of service. Thank you to Chris the teller that did all he could to help me he was polite. I'll blame this poor experience on lack of knowledge, Do better Wells Fargo!
