These people are amazing! I waited 2 hours for another company to come and tow me through AAA, and that company canceled on me after sending me a text saying they were 2 minutes out. I got a call from AAA explaining they were now trying to find another company to get my sons car towed. 30 minutes later these folks made it from Novato to Rohnert Park the next county over and had my sons car hooked up and on the road within 35 minutes of AAA telling me the other company had canceled. AAA customer service sucks especially supervisor Chris, but this company A&E towing were amazing.

In the realm of roadside rescues, A&C Towing and their champion, Walter, stand unmatched. The dispatcher was straight to the point with remarkable efficiency, while Walter, a tow truck virtuoso, combined competence, friendliness, and expertise with the ease of a seasoned pro. They don’t just tow; they deliver peace of mind with service that deserves more than the standard five stars. If it were possible, I'd gladly rate them a rare six-star rating. Cheers to Walter and A&C Towing, the unsung heroes of the highways!

My Tesla powered down during a prolonged time away from its charger. After an unsuccessful and frustrating encounter with AAA, I tried A&C Towing in Novato. Walter earns 5 stars for his caring and knowledgeable help. He immediately understood what to do and sorted me out. But that's not all. When we ran into a problem at the Supercharger station, he patiently worked with me to troubleshoot the problem. Together we solved it. The call-out took longer than was ideal because of the multiple issues we had none of which were his doing. Yet never once did Walter seem frustrated; instead he was always caring and friendly. I don't know if A&C made any profit on the call out but they made me a steadfast fan, because of Walter.

I was connected to A&C through AAA. They were kind and professional when the driver did not arrive when AAA promised. When they were finally able to get a driver to me, he was great. Andres was kind, helpful, and a very good and safe driver. He diagnosed my car problem even before I got to the mechanic.

Wilmer and Francisco were very professional. Wilmer helped me on 6/19 to tow it home late at night and Francisco helped me on 6/24 to deliver it to the dealership. Both men were friendly and arrived way before the arrival estimation time (just a plus). My car is dropped low and they were very careful to make sure the car was loaded without issues nor damage to the front splitter. Both guys are competent in what they do. I would recommend A&C towing to my friends and family.

I was quoted a 45 minute wait. I waited 2 hours. Driver arrived and was extremely unprofessional, incompetent, and inexperienced. Tow company dispatcher knew it was a custom 1940 Chevy. One would think they would send a driver that was knowledgeable and experienced. Driver claimed he couldn’t tow the car because he felt it was too low. We towed the car from Anderson the week prior with zero problems. This company is a waste of time and a horrible representative of AAA. I wouldn’t have my worst enemy use this company. A&AC Towing should be ashamed. They are a disgrace!
