I have never felt so judged in my life. I had a pair of pants to exchange that were a gift. I did not have the receipt as they were a gift, and the girl "helping" me made feel like she thought I had stolen them and was trying to exchange them. I wear a lot of this brand for work and today when I was in I was in my sweats (even though they were lululemon!) and the girl looked me up and down like I was homeless. They ended up letting me exchange the same pant for a smaller size, but I will definitely never be back to this store.

One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in a Banana Republic store. I returned some shoes because I needed a size up. There was supposed to be one more pair in the store with my size and Ellen searched high and low and in the backroom with no prevail. Ellen then helped me order from the store because there is no delivery charge whenever you place an order in the store. Unfortunately the computer SYSTEM kept failing. Ellen then deferred to the store manager Terry to help resolve the computer glitch without any success. Long story short. Both Ellen and Terry took the time to resolve my return and ended up offering me a refund of my shipping fee if I decided to place an order through the Banana Republic Factory store app because of the computer glitch. I did reorder my shoes with the right size and they fit perfectly and I ended up getting a refund of my shipping fee. One of the best customer experience journeys I've ever experienced in any retail store! I will be a regular shopper there and I hope Banana recognizes both Ellen and Terry for their valiant efforts to their commitment to the best customer experience you'll ever have. I hope they can help other sales staff live up to the same quality.

Ellen is amazing! I showed up to pick up an online order and wanted to somehow use a 2009 credit I've had. Though their current systems didn't recognize a 13 yo credit code, Ellen figured it out. Plus: great selection and great prices.

This store usually seems to be unable to assist me. I tried to buy a pair of their jeans but they didn't have my size, 29 waist 32 length. They couldn't figure out how to order it from their own company!! I'm done!!

Came in yesterday around 11am, was warmly helped by a gentleman who was so kind it inspired me to ask for his advice on style. He went above and beyond to help me and because I felt so comfortable I spent more time in store and found more clothes that I needed. What a great experience, that man is truly an asset to the store and the brand.

Love the factory outlet location you can find good deals on same quality merchandise as the regular store helpful staff and I surly enjoy shopping here.

He went above and beyond to help me and because I felt so comfortable I spent more time in store and found more clothes that I needed. I went into this store on Saturday and was surprised how unfriendly one of the workers was. She looked so annoyed and it was obvious she wasn't happy to be there. I understand working retail during the holidays isn't ideal but it's a JOB.

Called to try and order a suit for a wedding that was not online. Kyron, who I believe is the GM, gave me some of the best customer service I have ever had. Although we had some problems sourcing the suit from other stores, he directed me to some solutions and I genuinely felt like he was doing everything he could to help me. He even called and followed up later that day! I cannot put into words how polite and personable he was. Wish I lived closer so I could actually shop from that location.

Love this brand but the customer service in this store is not professional. I was in the store for 15 mins and not one acknowledgement from the 3 giggly gossipy schoolgirls behind the counter. They were more interested in bad mouthing some poor fellow associate who was absent than helping me or the other shoppers. Store was a mess; clothes disorganized. Go next door to Gap. Much better service and attention. For the manager: this was on Thursday night this week between 5-6.30pm

Nice friendly store with factory outlet prices on normally superoverpriced Banana Republic apparel. Found a good deal on the bargain rack. Clean quiet fitting rooms. Smiley laid back noseringless staff. Overall, it was a fun-happy place to shop: them having only 1 item that I wanted sure saved me from getting carried away into overspending.
