This may be a biased review, as this is my Uncle's business but he's been at it, ever growing, ever changing and always ahead of the game and industry for 44 years. I grew up being very close to seeing the ins and outs of what he accomplishes through his team, locally and internationally. Much of my success is due in part to what I learned by watching him and his company throughout the years. I learned first hand, the care he puts into each and every single client, homeowner or renter, corporations, schools included. Belfor Moving is the bar that raises year over year for 44 years. BELFOR MOVING TEAM - You guys are rock stars, the care, knowledge, expertise that you take with every single move is seen again and again. Belfor moving is a family business and Alex was kind and efficient on the phone. I tried to stay local with a Napa moving service, but the price was outrageous. Alex offered a competitive rate and comforted me with a few questions I had. Moving day went very smoothly and Willfredo and Edwin were efficient and hard workers. I was extremely grateful for their flexibility as well. The best part of my moving experience was when Belfor helped me. Thank you to Team Belfor for easing my way during a stressful time.

Seamless and painless move. The Belfor staff and movers were wonderful to work with and the movers were attentive, careful with my belongings, and super efficient. The pricing was very affordable and reasonable too. Will definitely be using Belfor for my next move.

23 years ago Belfor Moving Company moved us into our home. We moved recently and reached out to them again. They had the best price and the best movers!
Our experience with them was outstanding from beginning to end. They treated us and our belongings like their own.

These guys hire Contract mover to move us with No background search done prior. Valuable items were missing and we had to contact the police. Beware. They took payment for insurance and denied the claim told to go to police. They do use contract the mover himself said it.

Belfor moved us into the house we moved out of 23 years ago and did a great job. Now, they moved us again into our new home. These movers were awesome and did such a fast and efficient job. They were so patient with us and treated our furniture like it was their furniture. Love these guys! BELFOR MOVERS ROCK!!

Negative star! Owner refuses to talk to me! I sent an email letter on Monday (Feb. 28), no response. When I called him today (Thursday, March 3) to inquire about the letter - and particularly a handbag that has been lost in the move with a prescription for eyeglasses in it, owner (Craig Belfor) keep saying over and over again - that he would send me a letter - that he was required to send me a letter within 30 days. He absolutely refused to talk to me and keep accusing me of lying about the amount of packing I would do and \

We could not be happier with our move and the Belfor team. Alex got us an estimate and scheduled quickly. Our movers were fast, efficient, very careful and courteous. If you are planning a move, be sure to call and talk to them before you choose your moving company, you will not be disappointed!

Great customer service. Had someone out for an in-person walk through of everything to be moved. Reasonably priced. Movers were on-site early the day of the move and had everything in my third-story 1-bedroom apartment packed and loaded within a few hours. Delivery driver was timely and communicative. Again showed up early day of delivery and unloaded the truck into the new residence in a very timely manner. Nothing was damaged or lost in transit, everyone I worked with had great attitudes all around. Can't recommend them enough.

Belfor Moving was recommended by a friend. I received an estimate 2 weeks prior to my move with a certain minimum fee. We agreed to the initial estimate via email. 4 days prior to my moving date the moving company changed the estimate and increased the minimum fee by 50% and was not willing to do either an in-person or virtual walk-thru of the moving locations to re-evaluate the estimate. Not ok for a moving business to increase fees just days prior to the move.

This is the only movers we will ever use again. The owner and his son really care about the safety, efficiency, and care of their customers furniture. Their employees are masked, professional and very skilled movers. They are polite and respectful of your time and work hard to please the client. We have other companies that fall very short when compared to Belfor Moving!

Probably the best moving company I have ever used. They moved my personal items cross country from Sonoma, CA to Cambridge, MA and then my furniture cross town in Sonoma, CA. Personal, professional, conscientious and reliable. An excellent staff all round. Would recommend them in 1/2 a heartbeat. Very pleasant people.
