“We were gifted a car detailing recently. Andre came out to do the job and I can't say enough good things about him! He was so friendly to deal with and did the most fantastic job on our car! We'll be calling him to do our other vehicles! What a treat. And his 4-legged assistant Little Bear was a very sweet surprise.”

“My car 22+ years old. I was amazed after getting it washed and cleaned inside. This was the best car wash I've had. I got the $39 wash.
I also met a wonderful pair of Golden Doodles and their Human mom.. we had a really nice conversation.
The supervisor was also awesome helping people with questions on the phone and I lost my paid e.receipt. they printed another one. I complemented them on their plants. It was a great visit.
I want to say thanks for the evening gas prices . Awesome!”

“Super awesome night employees. They were out of milk to make hot chocolate so I asked if I could buy a milk and if they would still make me one. Worth the extra cost. Super friendly and accommodating”

“Old school, manual car wash, nothing fancy... $3 for about 4 minutes for water, so roughly $6 for soap and rinse. Vacuum $2. Great place to stop by when you visit Costco in Novato.”

“This is the "Loop Market" that's the food mart & Car wash of the Shell gas station at Rowland & S. Novato Blvd. It's near the freeway ramps, so that's why the gas prices are higher. Also. Shell is a Top Tier major fuel brand, and has a reputation for being pricey gas. I was at this Shell/ Loop Market at about 850pm on a Tuesday. The car wash was closed, so I couldn't review that. The food mart was very clean and well organized. It looks like they were doing re-stocking or maybe an inventory count. I was looking for something to eat, and Oh Look! They have hotdogs! $1.99 for 1/4-lb hotdog. So I asked for a hotdog for two reasons: (1) I like their hotdogs, and (2) I wanted to see how he serves it to me. I told the clerk about my weird hotdog experience at the Loop Market in Daly City last week. He didn't know why they served hotdogs like that. The clerk served the hotdogs on buns, on their own paper tray. Very nice, but the buns weren't fresh. The actual hotdog was fresh and juicy, and probably still within it's holding time for best quality. So in general, a good experience at this Shell station. The food mart is equipped with modern dispensers and fresh food tables. Also, lots of packaged foods are available.Note: Posted sign says no pump assistance for disabled persons at this station.”
