CrossFit Novato - Downtown is the first CrossFit affiliate in Novato, having opened in 2010. It offers personal training, CrossFit group classes, and specialty programs. The professional and caring coaches are always ready to offer accommodations and modifications for exercises, ensuring everyone can participate safely at their own pace.
