It's ok. Nothing special. Not bad, just average. As with many retailers these days there are a lot of empty shelves due to not enough staff. I cashier and 5 people in line. Self checkout - no line.

Doesn't foster trust when they post the wrong hours... Arrived at 2:05 after their posted lunch, but after waiting 15min was told by cashier that they open at 2:30. Wasting my time and 3 others who came to the pharmacy during posted hours.

I know this pharmacy hasn't been super customer oriented in the past, but they are SO much better now. Friendly, helpful, and one of the guys is super funny. Definitely a great resource for the neighborhood.

The staff is awesome, this is one of my friends dog's favorite places! All people are super excited to pet him and help out.

Monica the Pharmacist is THE BEST!!! She goes above and beyond to support our families pharmaceutical needs. She remembers us, she answers multiple questions, checks drug interactions, she tracks down difficult to get prescriptions, etc.

Lack of staffing leading to an overall inability to complete any tasks properly. Choose any other business, if possible.

Now Only self checkout?I like people.Self checkout means you don't have to pay an employees benefits. Also you can't ask the computer where something is or when it will be in stock.Or other questions. It's not an option to use the self checkout or a real person. We asked.Shame on you CVS!

I wish I could give zero stars. This pharmacy has gone down in service so much it's plain terrible. Where they use to have two employees at all times now its only one. The wait time is so poor and some of the pharmacy people are just plain rude. At times they are out of the drudged you need and have to wait two or three days

Have used them for 20 years but now they are so short staffed it takes for ever to get scripts. This started over a year ago and has steady fgotten worse. Regularly order multiple scripts get text they are ready show up and only one is ready. Today hospital pain discharge scripts were electronically sent at 9am for Noon dosing. It is now 2:00 pm and still not ready. This is our last time using them. So sad

I have been going to this pharmacy for over 20 years. This used to be the best pharmacy...the pharmacist and staff knew who you were, were pleasant, quick, etc. While waiting, I would shop for other things that I needed and easily spent several hundred dollars a year there. No more. I have filled my last prescription there and intend to find somewhere else to take my business. It takes a ridiculous amount of time to get anything there. I just dropped off one to get filled and had to wait 20 minutes because they didn't have the drop off window open (no sign or anything, just cardboard over the window). There were only 2 people ahead of me and they took forever (not the store's fault) but when I finally got to the counter, the woman disappears to the back and when she comes back, she asks the person who had just sat down what his name was. She didn't even acknowledge my presence until I said something. It is obvious that something is very wrong with that store because NONE of the people who used to work there remain and some of them had been there for years! The whole concept of customer service and acknowledging someone who is waiting is apparently totally lost on the staff here.

I find the pharmacy staff very pleasant, professional and helpful. The store is clean, well stocked and organized. Prices are decent. Plenty of parking. They also offer curb side service.

Yeah, I have to wait in line for my prescription. That sucks, but that is the way it rolls at pretty much any Marin pharmacy I've been to. Wait. Wait. Wait. Unless you're really lucky and there is no one in line ahead of you. I don't blame the pharmacists for the wait, they are clearly understaffed and overworked. Plus the store is so convenient to where I live, there is ALWAYS tons of parking, it's close to the dry cleaners and the most amazing tater tots I've ever eaten. The cashiers up front are nice, friendly. The cashiers at the pharmacy are nice too, but not always so efficient. I've gone to pick up prescriptions after I receive a text, only to be told that the Rx is not ready. Then I go home and get a text a couple days later saying the Rx is now ready. And don't get me started on those 4 or 5 foot long receipts. Um, ridiculous! Customer service: 4 or 5 Inconvenience because sometimes left hand doesn't know what right hand is doing: 2 Let's call it 3 stars.

I understand that your very busy. Still I am a CUSTOMER. That has been without my medication due to insurance mix up for over two weeks. During this time the pharmacist and I have been in contact with each other. With precription on hold and waiting to be filled. Finally my insurance will cover my meds. When I call to have them fill it, I talk to a younger girl. Who was very impatient with me. I was rushed so fast that I couldn't even get out the reason I was even calling. I DON'T USE THAT AS AN EXCUSE. At my very very busy work. I simply take a breath and give my customer on phone all of my time. Which is better for us both... Very unhappy customer
