I really like this store and typically go once a week. The cashiers are very professional and methodical, even when the lines are super long. Unfortunately, the last two times I’ve been there, including yesterday, there was just one cashier who was methodically checking each customer out and smiling and thanking everyone. The line was 20+ deep. While I was checking out, a young woman wanted balloons blown up and a very young guy came out of the office up front to help her. He talked and talked and talked with her and seemed oblivious to what was happening in front of him at the register. When I was done checking out, I went over to him and asked if he was going to help her. He snapped at me and said, “I’m trying to run a business!” I indicated she really needed help and the line was very long. He continued to snap at and belittle me. He was COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I won’t be going back again. I feel bad for the cashiers who almost always seem overwhelmed.

I love the store! It’s always so neat and tidy and there’s plenty of things on the shelves. I love shopping at this dollar tree. there are not a lot of people that work there but those who do are very customer service oriented and if there is a long line, they are very graceful under pressure and nice to everyone. I really appreciate this! I make a special trip just to go to thisstore♥️
