I have been shopping here for the past two years, and have spent $1,000's of dollars in those years. However, the lady with the full white/gray hair is extremely rude and unsettling that it gives me pause about spending another dime there. It was as though she was insinuating that I had stolen a jacket from their store. That behavior is not okay. I do plan on going back because this is a place I like to shop at, but if I have this incident again I will be contacting someone regarding it. I would like to give a shout out to Magdea (I'm sorry if I am spelling this incorrectly) she is always very kind and welcoming every time I come in.

From what observed, this Eddie Bauer store practices rascist behavior. I walked in the store and nobody said anything; however, I observed the store employees welcoming everyone else. I purposely stayed in the store for a while and observed employees welcoming patrons over and over. I am a minority and the other people that came in were Caucasian. I was never asked if I needed help; however, I observed store employees asking everyone else that walked by them if they needed help. At this point, I am not imagining the situation. I should have recorded on my phone. I don’t patronize racist establishments. Thanks for letting me know where not to spend my money!

How come an outlet store doesn’t accept edie bauer’s gift cards, has been months and they always say that there is not system for gift cards.

On October 16, 2021 , I ordered a pair of Eddie Baur boots, I paid additional for early shipping. I was advised that they would arrive on October 20th which they didn't. I recieved a package from Eddie Bauer on the 22nd which had a pair of shorts and a t shirt but no boots. I contacted their customer service and was told that I would receive my refund when I sent back the items they shipped. I asked to speak to a supervisor but was told that a supervisor could not be located, I asked for a cooperation phone number and was told that they had no other numbers to give. So now I'm being inconvenienced to return a package I didn't order just so I can receive a refund. They provided me no options in resolving this with anyone other than customer service. Poor way to conduct business.
