Annie the manager gave us the best experience I’ve ever had from a rental car company. Saved us after we broke down and were in a hurry to an event by having a car ready for us in 5 mins flat!

Update, Enterprise has decided to drop the $2500 claim against me after I spoke with a claims agent and explained that it wasn't my fault and they didn't have any evidence before me renting that pointed to me.
