The service dept staff is a dream come true after dealing with Jim Bone KIA. I live in Cazadero and I will enjoy taking my Nero to Marin KIA. The staff is courteous, knowledge, efficient, timely, personable and professional. My care was finished under two hours and was washed when I picked it up! Fabulous service.
