I love to shop here! Very very cute things and the customer service is great. There is a Tesla charging station in back of the store. I can charge up while I shop. I love it!

Like another reviewer mentioned, don't try to take anything back after 30 days (unworn, with tags on and receipts) or you'll non-politely be given the run around and "there's nothing we can do". Don't wait until day 35 like I did. I ended up calling Loft customer service and they were happy to grant a full refund if I mailed in my items, since it was less than 30 days since receiving them in the mail (just 35 days since ordering).
