A young Hispanic man closes this store at night. Every night. Please either change your hours or set someone else at night. He is not worth your money, I have seen him smoke weed on company time. I used to really love this place, in fact I still do. I never wanted to write a low review for this. But I miss Bill. He was there for a long time and set a standard that has left with him. However this kid at night, dark short hair, chain, He makes me uncomfortable, he called my friend 'my n! ##@“ and he doesn't even know him. I miss Bill. He was a fantastic employee since before the loop was there. Even if he was dead beat tired from his other jobs, he never shut the store down in the middle of the night and refuse to give people their gas. I understand Bill is now retired, but please find someone who at least opens the door for people. It just makes me so mad to watch this employee, (Young Man, Hispanic, wears a chain) night after night, suck money from this company without earning a cent for them, infact, refusing money. How does that help him get paid?If you change(or start to honor) your hours online, and on your door, I will take this down.Thank you.

There is a constant employee who locks your doors at night and laughs at customers trying to get gas and snacks. I just request this if this place is not 24/7, please stop advertising it as such. Every time I come between the hours of 9pm and 6am, if this man is working he looks at me and says that he is closed. This is a waste of my time and has soiled the neighborhood market I've been going to for over 25 years. He invites his homies to smoke weed. I've seen it. Put someone else in for one night, and watch the difference in your numbers. However, if I am wrong and you guys are closed after 9pm to 6am, then please update your hours on your store and on your website.

A young Hispanic girl not even a lady at the counter was extremely rude, did not know the legal procedures when selling alcohol. The manager in the store was just as rude as she was. He Told me that I did not have to purchase it from their store. Pleasantly a young man who work there was knowledgeable enough to take care of the situation. I then ask the manager for the form to file a complaint he acted as if he could not find the form. Worst experience ever at this location, if I could give this store my experience would be lower the a one star. 1/12/23

This is the "Loop Market" that's the food mart & Car wash of the Shell gas station at Rowland & S. Novato Blvd. It's near the freeway ramps, so that's why the gas prices are higher. Also. Shell is a Top Tier major fuel brand, and has a reputation for being pricey gas. I was at this Shell/ Loop Market at about 850pm on a Tuesday. The car wash was closed, so I couldn't review that. The food mart was very clean and well organized. It looks like they were doing re-stocking or maybe an inventory count. I was looking for something to eat, and Oh Look! They have hotdogs! $1.99 for 1/4-lb hotdog. So I asked for a hotdog for two reasons: (1) I like their hotdogs, and (2) I wanted to see how he serves it to me. I told the clerk about my weird hotdog experience at the Loop Market in Daly City last week. He didn't know why they served hotdogs like that. The clerk served the hotdogs on buns, on their own paper tray. Very nice, but the buns weren't fresh. The actual hotdog was fresh and juicy, and probably still within it's holding time for best quality. So in general, a good experience at this Shell station. The food mart is equipped with modern dispensers and fresh food tables. Also, lots of packaged foods are available.Note: Posted sign says no pump assistance for disabled persons at this station.

Wow I just waited 20 mins in line for this little kid to come back to the register. He was immediately rude by telling me to get in line when I already was first. He basically discriminated against me because I was the only white girl standing there. All the others were his nationality. Yes I had an attitude after all was said rightfully so!! Then he proceeded to tell me I couldn't get gas and that it was private property. Yes white people get discriminated against all the time! The nerve of this punk!! On top of it I wouldn't of had to go in of the pumps were working right!! For the prices we pay shame on this gas station and shame on that kid!! I hope karma bites you boy!!

We paid for air to fill our tires here. Saw the employee leave the store, having written it was closed on a sign in the window. Then, running, down the side of the building.Everyone deserves a break, I get that. But we never got the air we paid for and had to resort to a car air pump. So we were there for quite awhile then saw that he was somehow back in the store when another customer was pounding on the door wanting his receipt.Another person came with the same wish. Pounding on the door. Whoever this employee is came out of the back office, walked up to the door, and pointed at the sign, essentially telling the guy to go away. Then walked back to the office room he was in.Still barely getting air into our tires, someone else strolled through and said that this guy does it all the time.This was so egregious, disgusting, and shocking that I felt compelled to write the first non-5 star review of my life.

10/4/21. Overall really happy with the turnaround on how fast the car wash was fixed . As a customer I really appreciate how fast you guys handled it. Keep up the good work .

I have appreciated the cleanliness and friendly service, especially during Covid, that I have received since moving to the community in January 2019. I am disgusted by the behavior of one of their longest tenured employees. When I come in, not only am I in a rush, but I do not desire to hear "gossip," back talk, or other trashy information about certain coworkers. Honestly- I could really care less! Even worse, one of their employees has been syphoning my loop points since March 2020! Everyday that I do not come in, he takes/ transferred my points and purchases "rewards" so he can use them! That's stealing and it's a crime! He needs to be fired immediately! Just because I don't print every single receipt does not mean I am incapable of calling the phone number to track my points. After 2 years of gas- I have only been able to redeem $2! Check your loop points daily! Good luck!

One of your employees named Juanito was seen wearing his work uniform making a scene at Safeway in Downtown Novato. With the whole coronavirus I think I've seen a lot of compassion going around so I guess I was really surprised to see a man get in a women's face when she couldn't do anything at all, because she was at work. He was upset because they were short staffed and he had been waiting a couple minutes for someone in the bakery. For some reason he thought berating the customer service/self check representive was a great idea.
