First timer for the exterior. Much better than Blue Wave and the other self-serve’s. The exception is the self serve on Rohnert Park Expeessway.

My car 22+ years old. I was amazed after getting it washed and cleaned inside. This was the best car wash I've had. I got the $39 wash.
I also met a wonderful pair of Golden Doodles and their Human mom.. we had a really nice conversation.
The supervisor was also awesome helping people with questions on the phone and I lost my paid e.receipt. they printed another one. I complemented them on their plants. It was a great visit.
I want to say thanks for the evening gas prices . Awesome!

Came here for the first time for interior and exterior detailing and felt like I was immediately treated like family. Jeff walked me step by step through what my car needed and even drove me to and from an appointment that I had nearby while my car was being worked on. They were able to remove stubborn mineral sunscreen stains I had all over my interior and leave it looking like new. He also gave me recommendations on how to care for my car at home. By far best car wash I’ve been to around!

I have been a regular customer for years and when I bought my new Jeep Cherokee I signed up for their Super Car Wash deal and LOVE IT!! The staff always 5 stars!!! Great location. Nice gas prices with some occasional specials, like rain day discount. Last week got a complimentary free exterior wash, which I used on my other jeep that I used this weekend doing a Rubicon trail. Now that jeep is super clean !!! Thank you Matt and Jeff!

Paid the max for an exterior wash and they left bird poop on my car.
Went back, they gave me another wash and they missed it again. I had to point it out to them.

Horrible. I paid $60 + tip only to point out multiple spots that were not vacuumed nor wiped down and I received attitude from the worker when I brought it to their attention. My car was still dusty, cup holders and side panels were not wiped down, on top of that there were still shoe marks from my toddler on the back of my leather seats.. Novato Car wash down the street is my preferred place to go but it was sadly closed today so I decided to give Matt & Jeff’s a second try after previously feeling disappointed by their service a few years ago. Safe to say I will skip out next time and stick to my tried and true. (Also only $36 there!!)
