I don’t even like fruits and veggies but after having some samples, I realized this is how produce should be.Everything in store was hand-picked by the owner, Jim, and he really knows what he’s doing. We had such a fun experience because of Jim, and we could tell he is knowledgeable and passionate about what he sells. Aside from the produce, the fish and meat are also the freshest you can find. There is also fresh bread and other fun things like locally-baked cookies, honey, nuts, and more. If you’re looking for incredible food for yourself or a gift for a friend, you can’t go wrong with anything here!”
“Devil's Gulch hogs are soooo yummy! Getting a group together to split a whole hog or two is a bit of work, but lots of fun and really the best pork I've had. Kids are grown now, but so many good family memories around their hogs. David Chang's Momofuku pulled pork recipe was always a hit. Ditto home made bacon, smoked on the bbq and served at picnics, for breakfast, etc. Mark and the crew are very flexible, helpful about the process, will deliver the hog to a local butcher for packaging, sausage making, etc.”
“Free tours at 11am on saturdays and sundays. The store has fresh eggs and pasture raised meat. If you are a farm member you can walk around for free anytime or go catch and release fishing in the lake.”
